RoadtoFifty: I'm just the furthest thing from a morning person that you can imagine, so getting on the scale to see a lower number gets me to stop hitting the snooze button! But you're right; I definitely need to learn to focus on more than just the number on the scale, as there is SO much more that is awesome about the weight loss than just the number. And
