Weigh in today: 187.4 ... down 2lbs even!!!! 5 to go! And thats without the gym. Only excerise at home. Once I get my car back that will change.

I swear I am not putting off, but I will complete mine tomorrow... just getting over food poisoning that ended up sending my other "regular" medical issues into flair (of course)... but hoping to get back to fitness end of my improved health tomorrow after work!

Hi all. Sorry I've not been around the past few days; it has been a busy week with work and school, and, oddly, there's been a lot of emotional ups and downs. I've still stayed on track with my eating, but I missed the gym two nights in a row and have to make it back there tonight.

ChickieChicks: Way to go pushing through that stall!! I'm so glad the scale is moving again for you!

2sw33t, Oxia and LaurenMarie720: 4 lbs so far this month is great! You sound totally on track to hit your goals this month!

HeatherEljohari: Great job on those 2 lbs!!

You all are so on top of these tags; I will do my tag tonight, I promise!

Today is my WI day and guess what a few more pounds gone. I am now down 7 lbs. I have been sick this week and not eating off of the 30-Day Meal Plan and not too healthy either, but I am glad that the scale still ruled in my favor by moving down. Back to my meal plan to keep these pounds falling.

My goal is to start going back to the gym since I haven't made it since I have been on this journey. (started 9/7/11) I will also have them to do my measurements.

Have a nice weekend ladies!

Caramel: Great job!! 7 lbs is awesome!! And I hope you're feeling better soon.

OK, both tags done! ange, I had to replace the sit-ups with crunches, lol. I had abdominal surgery about 10 weeks ago, and ab work has really been too painful to get back to thus far... but I figured I'd try the sit-ups anyway. I did 3 and had to stop, then did another 3 and had to stop, and finally just decided to go with crunches. Those seem to hit the upper abs more and were WAY less painful. I managed 40 of those in a minute. Yay!

OK, I tag Caramel33 and Chickie to do 3 planks (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiA9j-dR0oM), holding each for as long as you can, and with a 30 second or 1 minute rest between each.

And I tag ange and Oxia to do 3 x 10 "Hello Darlings". Heh, I got this one from a book on bodyweight exercises, and I just love the name. Here's the description:

"Lie down on your back with your hands under your butt and your head up [lifted slightly off the floor]. Keeping your legs straight, lift your feet into the air, about six inches above the ground. Open your legs as wide as possible, then close them."

Like I said, you've got to love the name for those!

Done my tag... Heather, 2sw33t You are TAGGED.... I have no idea what they are called, but they are butt squeezes, LOL.... 20 of them.... squeeze in, release, LOL

I have some news.... ... I stepped on the scale.... even with the hubster knowing... and it said..... 199.4!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you see that?????? There is a "1" in front of my weight now!!!!! It's true, my husband saw it too!

Great milestone itsmyturn well done to you!! And of course we definitely believe you if you're husband's witnessed it too!!!

I"m plodding on, well it feels like it's a slow slog, but in actual fact i've just about made my target of 5lb for the month with an average of 131 on the scales the last few days, so i should be more approving and less impatient!
