I'm thrilled you guys are interested in doing the tags! I can't take credit for the idea; it was something going on in this monthly weight loss thread when I first joined it, and I always thought it was a lot of fun.

So, after a long workout this morning, taking a nap, and peeing a LOT, lol, my scale is down a few lbs from where I was before my trip. I'm scared it won't stick, but if it does then my goal for the month is really starting to look achievable! Yay!
I weighed in this morning and I've lost 2.5lbs so far since the 1st I completely stalled over the weekend but it was time of the month which has more or less finished now. I saw a big whoosh on the scales this morning so hoping the scales are on the move again now. Like the tagging idea too.
I'm a little late but I'd like to join. I set a goal to lose 5 lbs this month: SW 204 GW 199 that would put me into onderland! I also like the tagging idea.
I lost 2lb since the 1st of the month, I really Hope i can make it to 157 for my bday on the 19th. Okay I know maybe 6lb in 13 days is a little much, but if I push I am convinced I can do it ...

caramelkitty: Don't tell anyone, but I have a similar, secret mid-month goal. Sept 18 will be exactly 8 months from the day I began losing weight, and I would LOVE to get to 100 lbs lost by then. Not sure that 5.8 lbs can be done by then, but I'm going to fight for it! Let's really push this next week and a half together and see how far we can get.

Ok, completed my tag, LOL!!!! Carmel and design... tag... 20 extended arm circles I love that exercise, feel it in the back of the arms...and we all know how "loved" that hanging skin is that this helps firm up
It's my turn, It's probably really obvious but what's an extended arm circle? I know I wasn't tagged but anything that will make a mark on my bingo wings is worth me having a go at
Pickle - Stretch your arms out straight at your sides.... then bend wrists so hands are like pushing against a wall at your sides... start moving your arms in circular motions... little circles work upper arms (including the nasty bye-bye arm flab)...and the bigger circles work arms,shoulders, and upper back a bit too Reversing the circles in opposite direction also works even more smaller muscles, plus it's good for a stretch Win-win!
I've lost a couple of lbs already this month!! Unheard of for me to go that fast!! Lets hope its real and i can do the other 3 in the next 3 weeks....
