I'd like to join the challenge!
I lost a lot of weight last year, and gained most of it back... (although, a good chunk of it is muscle). I want to lose 15 pounds in all, I'm at 159 now, and I'll aim for a modest 4 lbs
The gym reopens this weekend, school starts tuesday, and I'll be getting back into raw foods tomorrow.

Woke up this morning and weighed myself and saw 164.5 half a pound in a day? bah whatever it is ill take it!! lol I just hope the same thing as august doesnt happen, I lost like 5lb early in the month then stalled... hopefully I lose a slooooowwwww 10lb lol good luck to you all ! xo

Hi all! I would like to jump right in Yesterday, Sept 1st my weight was 203.6 (though my official weigh in day was the day before and I was 204.0), so take whichever start weight you want My goal is going to be set at 6Lbs for September!

OK, back from abroad! Sorry it took me so long to get back to this thread, but the past few days have been very busy. It looks like there are some great goals for the month!! I've put them in our goal list below. Please check in and let us know how you're doing so far!

I am at exactly the same weight I was before my trip and, while I think it's a long-shot, I'm going to aim to hit 180 this month. That would put me at 100 lbs lost, and would be a HUGE victory for me. I may not quite get there this month given that I'm starting a few days behind, but I will try!!

caramelkitty: Take that 0.5 lbs in a day and run with it! That's a really nice boost to start off the month.

I'd like to bring back something we used to do in this thread - a game of tag! It's simple, and a nice way to get in a bit of extra activity here in there. Here's how it works: Tag two (or three) people, and post an activity for them to do. The activity can be anything, but it should be something that people at all fitness levels can manage and something that doesn't take up too much time. Once the tagged person completes the activity, they tag two more people and post a new activity. We'll just keep going around through the month.

So... I tag ChickieChicks, caramelkitty and designfreak. Do 15 touch-and-go squats (see this video: http://www.ehow.com/video_4945630_to...exercises.html), and do 15 pushups (any kind you can manage). Go!

Happy Labor Day!

Last night I ate whatever I wanted at a BBQ. First time in months! I only went over my calories by about 600, so I was happy with my one splurge of the summer. ;-)

This morning I mucked out our chicken coop...serious manual labor! Then took my 3 year old for a bike ride in the bike seat. 3 miles takes us about 20 minutes. I was too tired to do my 6 mile loop. Ready to enjoy the last day before my oldest starts Kindergarten tomorrow. BOO HOO!

I just showered, but I'll do my TAG this evening and tag someone else. Great idea!!
