2sw33t - Way to go on the 2 lbs down! You are well on your way for the month.

ItsMyTurn - It sounds like a victory to me - woohoo! By the way, your posts about the arm circles prompted me to do some yesterday while I was doing some other body weight exercises... those big ones burn! I like them.

ange82much - Awesome job! I KNOW you can make those other 3 lbs happen this month. Wouldn't it be awesome to not just meet your goal, but exceed it? I love that feeling of having done even better than I hoped.

Loli - No problem, and good luck to you through the rest of your journey!


I unexpectedly had a big whoosh on the scale this morning... I'm not sure why or how it happened, but I'll take it! I am going to fight fight fight these last 3 lbs to get to 100 lost... and then work to get out of the "obese" category after that!

No backsliding this weekend everyone - let's keep working hard and celebrate what we can achieve!

Very excited!!!! Although I started this journey on Wed following a 30-Day meal plan doing day 1 on Wed I weighed this morning and I have lost 3 POUNDS!!!!! I can’t believe I lost that much in this short time since the meal plan requires me to eat 4meals( that I don’t consider small) & 2 snacks. Today is Day 3 of the meal plan.

Caramel33 and Pickle - Nice job!! It sounds like you're making great progress so far this month!

My weight jumped up over the weekend (just some water weight) and this morning it's back down again. I am hoping for a nice drop this week, as this Sunday will mark 8 months since I started this journey and I *really* want to be at 180.something by then!

How did the weekend go for everyone else?

Ange, thank you! 4 lbs in 2 weeks is fantastic though! And especially considering the weight you're at right now - you're already lower than I am even hoping (praying) that I can get to someday. When I'm closer to goal I'm hoping that I can still even get a pound off each week - the 2 lbs/week you're achieving is a phenomenal rate of loss!

Down another 2 lbs, for a total of 4. Almost halfway there.

Tag - Heather and Chickie - leg lifts (whatever kind you like), each side, as many as you can do in a minute

So far I'm down 4 lbs... I've been doing good at staying within my calorie limit, but the last few days I've been busier and haven't exercised as much as I want to. I know being busy is an excuse...

anyway, i did the side bends, and now challenge ange82much and chickiechicks to do 10 squats.
