Morning all. Can't wait for our Challenge this week! Still loving the arms and still got em rolling. I am even doing them now when I walk for my cool downs after my run!

Doing crunches galore since I started seeing abs.. COME ON OUT ABS!

Delivering Ice today.. Lots of ice to send out. Which means lots of cardio and weight lifting!!

Going to the mall tonight too for some new running shoes and I think some heftier weights. My little 2 pounders are getting a bit weak!

AND on to level 2 for TDS!
