We're about the same weight and are within 10 pounds of each other's goal weight. I'll "race" you each week to see who loses more. I was doing this with another member until she punked out - so are you game?!
Yea--UH! Count me in!

Awaiting change:

We have been getting A LOT of new recruits lately and we don't want you to feel left out. As far as cutting out the snack . . . Just EAT HEALTHY, you're still young and now is not the time to mess up your body!!! If you want to do the vegatarian thing that's fine too, just make sure you get enough protein!! Also, just a thought, maybe eat how you plan to eat once you reach your goal, then your body will already be on the same page the whole time . . . Hmmmmmmmm, 16 huh . . . boy that's gonna put a cramp in my style . . . BUT I'LL BEHAVE, I'll have to keep to PG . . . <sigh> LOLOLOLOLOL

SARGE; OHHHHHHHHHHH Snalla your glassen! . . . what I could do with that I weeded the garden and there were 5 or 6 zucchini blossoms opened this AM Here come the zucchini . . . I'M so a quick trip to the chow hall . . . then ROUND 3 . . . but I don't feel like I have to puke and my legs aren't cramping Also, you and yoyojojo can try to teach me a few things . . . BUT you have to catch me first . . . (I'll get your walker) LOLOLOLOL (YOU KNOW I HEART YOU SARGE)

kendrab: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I can't wait for WalMart McD's stories . . . I LOVE STORY TIME

Thanks Madam Butterfly! ... lol, don't worry about keeping it PG - I'm not a very innocent mind

That sounds like a good idea, to plan out how I will eat once I reach goal. The very thought of reaching it terrifies me because I've always gained it back..dun dun duhhhn. I've got to read the advice given by those who've maintained for awhile...maybe get some tips from there as well.

I really want to do the vegetarian thing again (technically pescetarian...I love fish). I did it a couple years ago for about 4 months and maybe cheated once or twice. One day I just decided to give it up, so I guess I wasn't very into it lol. I did lose weight though, and kept it off until I started eating again. I have issues with motivation...focusing on that with a counselor right now. Hopefully I can beat it!

Forget that PG stuff...no 16 year old I know keeps it PG anymore!

Gooey--4 rounds for Sarge today... 12.72 "machine miles" / (1,367 calories burned)... put that in your snallen glassen & smoke it!

Also...if any are interested check out "Addicted to Food" on the Oprah Network... The program follows 8 people thru 42 days of food addiction therapy covering food obsession, binging, purging, depression over self image, ya know...all the basics that bring many to 3FC ... I found it on my Comcast OnDemand options. Yeesh...episode 1 was fairly eye opening and hey...it's free therapy!

I love "Addicted to Food" Sometimes it's a little triggering to watch, but great show. I'm glad they're focusing on these issues for television shows...helps others understand what many of us are going through.

How about we keep track on how many weeks we reach what we pledge? Doesn't have to be in row but overall? That should keep us going eh?

That's perfect! That means you'll be doing them all the day before I do them! You can let me know how tough they are! Good luck with day 2!!

I just thought I mention it. Sometimes I run around with a siggy that is all scrambled. Feels like forgetting about a price tag on a new shirt or an open zipper :-D

Sounds good. How is it going for you so far?

I did really well from the start. Some days are tougher but in general I think the progression of the program is perfect! I had to pause a week (I think around week 4) because I didn't stick to my rest days and over did it. One if my legs was quite sore. Last week a had brutal TOM and only did the W6D1. But now I am back and I plan on doing it every week. I am not sure if I will be able to do W8 without repeating. Sounds scary! However, every weeks sounded scary and I completed them anyways. I even remember being afraid of W2 which was running for 90 seconds. LOL. I am definitely past that one!

However, I am still amazed that I can run!! I never was a runner. I hated it in school and probably never tried again. Now I love it!

I at least held off long enough to come on here first! Good thing because how am I going to woop madam's BUTT-er if I binge?!

Anyone here good in math? I'll paypal you $5 to do my two math problems that are confusing the heck out of me! kidding, kidding
