Checking in. Day 80 for me. :-) I feel like my days are either awesome, or crap. LOL I've lost 10 pounds in the past 5 weeks, which is great, b/c it seemed SO SLOW. Can't be too upset with 2 lbs/week.
Yesterday I hit my personal limit of 1800 cals. Thank goodness for limits. It had been a couple weeks since I had gotten up that high, so I was do for a really high day.
It feels soooo GOOD to be on plan for so long. I love that I have come close to eating more than I really needed a few times this week, but stopped myself so I would not mess up my 100 days on plan. LOVE this challenge!
HI everyone. I logged in on Friday but can't find that post. Weird. I'm sure it was quite fascinating, original and profound. I've been on track and eating frequently throughout the day. I really looked forward to weighing in (usually on Sunday). I hopped on on Saturday morning instead and found that I'd gained .6 pound. A huge disappointment. My TOM started later that night so it makes sense as long as I keep up the good work--I guess. I biked a long long day yesterday. It was not good in the frequent eating or calories but I still had a huge deficit. Today was better for frequency and moderate exercise. I'll be good all week--promise.
okay Iw as in the twilight zone for the last week--just when I was feeling good about being on plan and getting in the groove. not sure what exactly set me off tho I wasnt feeling good on one day and I had some high carb stuff and it seemed to go on from there.
back on track today and I will give myself a few days on track before I start counting pounds lost again.
it does feel better being in charge--I guess I just have to keep reminding myself of that!
Day 72 - The scale bounced up today. I think it is because I had a tough jog yesterday morning, I usually take as flat of a route as I can on my long runs, but I got cocky and decided to through in more hills. I am still a bit sore...so I am going to take the flatest route I can for my 6 in the morning.
Good morning all. I have hit my 100+ days of my calorie counting plan and am still going strong.
I have lost a total of 26.5 lbs. since the end of April.
I'm glad to hear how well you are all doing and keeping up the fight to stay on track.
