roasting again today with humidity. I discovered a yucky mess in the back of my bathroom cabinet today that I ended up scrubbing and then the bathroom too. I was actually planning on doing the kitchen but the bathroom is good too.
its going really well with keeping balance in mind. I want to keep this going!
ENV--oh, i am so pleased for you--great job!! 164 is an awesome weight.
Tyla: good to hear from you. I have been awol twice since I started this challenge and I am so pleased I just keep trying. if I give up I am sure to fail and face even worse problems. as it is, I have lost 14 lbs.
I am very excited about the Christmas challenge--it will start officially on September 14 and end on Dec 24. I think I counted right??
Hi folks. I'm back from vacation and really proud of how I controlled my food intake and choices. I certainly enjoyed myself but really seemed to naturally make good choices, shared bad treats between 4 people, and kept up exercising. I'm still scared to weigh in since I did 100% food plan and high exercise all summer only to barely lose. I can't imagine that I've got good results when I wasn't 100% all the way.
So, tomorrow I will start Day 1 of 100% for 100 days. Joining up again. I have to find a way to see success while eating 100% and exercising. It's been disappointing to know how technically good I've been while not seeing real results.
Goals:
Diversify exercise, stay in moderate level (no "extreming")
100% food plan
Finish 100 day 100% by Dec 22 (heading out-of-country 12/23)
Lose 8-10 pounds
Day One Today. It's actually my second 100 day challenge. This time around, I'm looking for diverse exercise, eliminating soda, and frequent small meals throughout the day.
