all is well here on the mountain--I am liking feeling in control. it feels like I was a slave to my cravings/hunger and that now I am free at least mostly. it feels good to assess my hunger level, how much I have eaten this day, what would be best for me to eat now or later and decide how I want to handle it.
iardajnos: I find it just helps me to keep track of how many days since I made the committment to 100 days. it is not a requirement!! but you could go back to the beginning and find when you started and see how many days you have done it--if you want

and yes there are so many ways to lose weight-I had wonderful success on a lot of plans and now I just need to keep it simple!
