Awesome..this will help me stay on track. My goal is 1400 minutes for November. I will add as I go...

1 Zumba 60 mins, Exercise bike 15 mins, Spinning 60 mins = 135 mins

Joining late since I couldn't settle on goals for exercise. I've decided to just shoot for 2X/wk strength training, 3X/wk walk (or jog if I'm able). I may swap a swim in here and there for a walk if I can get to the pool, but we'll see.
