My first excercise goal! ;-)
My goal (since I've been sedentary for months) is to do purposeful exercise every day for 850 min, plan for walking on nice days, and indoor Turbo Jam DVD on cold or rainy days.

OK! So, despite being a week with a few days where I couldn't fit in any exercise, week 1 was not so terrible...
Week 1 total: 242 mins (behind target by 136 mins). I'm confident I can make this up as we go on... Let's hope week 2 is a little better! :D Week 2: 8th - 45 mins swimming 9th - 30 mins swimming 10th - 100 mins mountainbiking 11th - no excercise :( 12th - no excercise :( :( 13th - 45 mins swimming 14th - 180 mins mountainbiking Week 2 total: 400 mins This week ahead/behind: 22 mins ahead Running total: 642 mins Total ahead/behind: -114 mins Happy exercising all! WendyRN: We're all over the board. Many of us update daily or close to that. Some people do one or two summary posts in the month--especially one at the end of the month to show that they have made their goal. If you want the accountability, I suggest daily -- that's made all the difference for me!
