MsP: I've downloaded bunches of videos from YouTube from this group in Hickory NC. I mean bunches--over two hours worth! I have them in different tabs in my firefox browser and I just leave them up so I don't have to wait for them to download each time. It's a drag when I need to restart my computer or browser, but it totally works for me. I have some that I like more than others and I do them pretty much every time, and others that I do when I have more or less energy, or when my knees hurt, or I only have x amount of time, etc. Just look up Zumba in Hickory on You Tube. It's fun!

I made up even more ground last week. I didn't quite make it back to scratch, but as I have 2 days' mtb planned this week (prob 3-4 hours each) I should be alright to make it up... Total after week 2: 1032 mins (behind target by 102 mins).
