Last week was a bit of a write off as I wasn't very well (dragged down by the flu jab) but let's get the last 2 days recorded: 29th - 35 mins swimming, 20 mins JM 30DS 30th - 35 mins swimming, 20 mins JM 30DS So that's on track for the last 2 days - better late than never eh!? So overall total: 1232 mins Total ahead/behind: -368 mins So, although week 4 was a bit of a blip, I'm generally proud of how I did in November. I think my December challenge will be by the day, rather than over all - give me more incentive to do something every day. :) Happy new month everyone! X |
