Total walking 905 min. I won't make goal this month, however, I feel pretty good overall about this month. Its the first time I have consistently exercised in a very long time. I will still walk this week and add to this number and try again to meet goal next month. Hopefully my health and weather will co-operate better plus I hope to organise indoor activities to make up the difference.

Last week was a bit of a write off as I wasn't very well (dragged down by the flu jab) but let's get the last 2 days recorded:

29th - 35 mins swimming, 20 mins JM 30DS

So that's on track for the last 2 days - better late than never eh!?

So overall total: 1232 mins
Total ahead/behind: -368 mins

So, although week 4 was a bit of a blip, I'm generally proud of how I did in November. I think my December challenge will be by the day, rather than over all - give me more incentive to do something every day. :)
