Well, guys, it looks like I may have to drop my goals for the month and just play it by ear. I've developed shin pain and cannot bear weight for long, so running and lower body ST are out for now. The local pool is still closed for remodeling, etc, so swimming is out for now. I'm already dreading the muscle atrophy from the rest I anticipate needing. I'll still post/update when I can do stuff. But I'm SUPER disappointed!

My October Exercise:

10/1: 13 min run/warm-up
10/2: Rest day
10/3: Marathon (unofficial) finish time - 4:43:28
10/4: Rest day
10/5: Rest day/Bowling
10/6: Rest day--Leg pain
10/7: Rest day--Leg pain

Week 1 I was sick. Today DD dropped a chair on the top of my foot and it's pretty banged up. I'm afraid to see what week 3 has in store LOL. Going to do what I can. The eliptical was ok, but I know bosu and zumba will be out of the question until the swelling and pain is gone. Poor girl freaked out because I was crying.

Sorry I have been slacking on keeping up with logging my workouts. I have been keeping track of everything on "my fitness pal" via my phone. But haven't gotten onto here in a bit. I feel like I'm on a good track so far. Plan to run and lift weights today. Hopefully I can manage a good long cardio session today. Maybe stretch it out to 50 mins. I'm loving this excercise challenge. Wish I was feel as successful with my weightloss portion!

Am I too late to join? I only just came back to this site... (for the hundredth time but this time I'm sticking to it no matter what)...

I'm hoping to do an hour of cardio everyday, minus the everyday walking and such... so in general that would be 1380 minutes as of Saturday 9th of October

I'll be joining the sister thread too, I need all the support I can get

Hope everyone's having an awesometastic day!!!

Ms Perception - Congrats on the marathon! Sorry to hear about the injury. One of my ultimate goals is to run a half marathon. I had hoped to do it next summer but I don't think I'm going to have enough time, I have a lot of work to do.
