My girls were determined to not let me workout today! I overcame though! Even though I didn't want to, since it is later in the evening, I jumped on the treadmill after I put them both to bed!

I was going to exercise yesterday but decided to keep my scheduled day off. Since this is my first week I want to do it gradually. I have a tendency to burn out on things and exercise is something I don't want to do that with. I am already feeling more energy. So I figure in a couple of weeks I'll be feeling like I did when I used to spend 6 days a week in the gym.

Hey everyone... I'm a little late but mind if I join? I have been really slacking lately so I need something to get me going. Feel free to kick my butt (gently) if I'm not keeping it up. My goal for this month is just to do MORE! Work out 4 or 5 times a week like I used to Today's the 7th so I have tonight to salvage some sort of week 1 total.

Is it to late to join this challenge!? If not I am committing to working out at curves 3 times a week, walking 1 day, tap dancing 1 day. That gives me 5 days of working out
