  • I haven't posted since October 12th. A+. Good thing I track everything on my cellphone. I've been walking way too much and way too fast these past few days, but I'm only counting it if it was at least 20 consecutive minutes. I also did no streching, warming-up or cooling-down until Saturday to... save time? Big. Mistake. I can barely use the toilet, now.
