MsPerception, I hope you're starting to feel a bit better. Nothing worse than the flu and there's absolutely nothing you can do when you have it only stay in bed. Nightmare. Plenty of fluids!

2 30 mins exercise bike, 30 mins cross trainer = 60 mins
3 30 mins exercise bike, 30 mins cross trainer = 60 mins

Glad you're doing better, Ms Perception!
julie99s, I've been using Wii Walk It Out and Wii Fit Plus all summer. I was pleased yesterday when I took a hilly walk that I struggled with last spring and found I have no difficulty now. It's a little hard to tell if I'm getting functional fitness from my virtual worlds, but now that I've tested it in the real world, I have to say it's working great for me.

9/1: 20 min walking, 40 min Balance Ball DVD; 60/1800

9/5: 60 min yoga; 305/1800
9/6: 65 min walking; 365/1800

I'm going to jump in here a little late. Better late than never! Going to post what I plan to do for the next week, and update what gets done. My goal for the rest of September is to get a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise a day.
1380 minutes total.

My main goal for this week is to adapt to schedule changes and lose the "All or nothing" attitude I have towards exercise. I need to learn that plans change, and getting in 30 minutes when I can is better than nothing at all.
The plan:
8- U-Fit class, 60 minutes
9- 30DS +30 minute walk, 60 minutes
10- 30DS+ 60 minutes cardio at gym= 85 minutes
11- 30DS+30 minute walk=60 minutes
12- U-Fit class, 60 minutes
13- 30DS+ 60 minutes cardio at gym= 85 minutes
14- 30DS+30 minute walk= 60 minutes
Week total= 470 minutes.
