8- 50 minutes eliptical
9- 45 minutes eliptical... intervals. Oy!
10- 32 minutes eliptical intervals. Harder ones than yesterday

I've met my side goal of an additional 450 minutes. I'd say I'm going to take it easy and rest up the next 2 days, but I can't stay away from the gym 8)
