I'm in! My goal is to able to run a 5K by the end of the month. I am trying to sign up for one July 18th, but if not, then I just want to be able to run it on the treadmill! Currently I am running 2 miles per day.

Week 2, run 2.25 miles per day at least 3 times, and run 2.5 miles at least once

Week 3, run 2.5 miles per day at least 3 times, and run 2.75 miles at least once

Week 4, run 2.75 miles at least 3 times and run 3.2 miles at least once!

Thanks, MeowMix for being our fearless leader! There are so many of us -- WooHoo!

My reward for meeting my exercise goal in June is to buy a new Wii game -- Walk It Out. I hear it's addictive, so I'm raising my monthly goal from 1600 minutes to 1800 minutes.

July exercise goal: 1800 minutes

like that you've got a reward. good idea.

i really strained something (achilles or lower calf or something) in my run yesterday and it's painful even to walk today so i'm going to hold off the running for a few days (not a great start to the month). Hoping i can still do Pump class and Spin though - need to somehow experiment and find this out at home before i rock up to the gym then discover i can't.....
