Hooray, I got my laptop back today!
I'm glad I was forced to repeat Week 3 due to not being able to download the podcast for Week 4, because doing W3D1 the second time was almost
impossible. I could barely complete the 3 minute runs.

But I think I'd increased my speed, because I ached all day long, and that hasn't happened since the first week, and that would explain why the runs were more challenging.
And today I was a lazy butt and didn't run. I usually wake up around 6 a.m. with or without an alarm clock so I'm not real diligent about setting the alarm. I didn't wake up today until almost 7 a.m. and I just stayed in bed for another 30 minutes rather than doing C25K. Blergh.
Glad to see so many of you still up and at 'em!
