I'm joining in here. I need a goal I can accomplish. I'm at 207.6 (what my now broken scale told me yesterday). My January weight loss goal is to get to 203, so I'm hoping to reach onederland around the 7th of Feb. It's been since probably 2000, so I am DUE!
I now know that the only way I can really make it happen is to count calories because it keeps me accountable for everything I put in my mouth--and often keeps me from eating because I can't be bothered to figure out the calories!
