I'm shattered - woke up too late for church this morning but I'll go this evening instead. Yesterday was a fun and full day which was good. But it's TOM right now so I'm not expecting any good news from the scale, lol :P
Yikes well I had a binge weekend but back on track today..gained around 6 pounds from Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully it will come off in no time, I'm trying to drink plenty of water. I have to go to work at 12 so I need to bring me something really healthy to eat since I don't get off till 7:30 and it will be too late to eat then.
Update: Yea I'm down to 209!
dandka204-dont worry, from Saturday to Sunday....just drink alot of water.

Matilda-your awsome for going to the gym, I need to get my but there and as for diets, I'm just started a 5 day cleansing process and thinking of trying the South Beach Diet soon.

Slimming-It's a mind game with me too, but for me it's like, if someone says "Your loosing weight huh???" I somehow seem to sabatage myself...uhh, hopefully this time I wont. By the way like the poem.

Im ok cant complain had an OK weekend didnt go to the gym but Ill be there today. I have finals this week so I hope that I can stay on plan with all the things I have going on. Have a great day!!!
Layddi - I know what you mean about self-sabatoge...I've gotten pretty good at that myself. This time I hope to not even come close to sabotaging all my efforts.
I'm hoping to see a loss this week and move to 212...bring it on...
