Hi everyone, just a quick update I went down 2.2lbs on Monday so now sitting at 209.6 I hope it keeps going in this direction over the holidays.

Keep up the great work everyone. I know we can all do this.

Wow thanks for the info I am going to look into this! Id like to start with some walking races just to get me going.

How is everyone else?

Im finally back OP counting calories Thanks for motivating me ladies !!!!!!

Well I weighed myself this morning and I'm down 1 pound (atlease it's not going the other direction.)
Having said that, I just went to the restroom and "Aunt FLOW" is here to visit for 5 days!
I'm havn't been doing good these few weeks, they've been so stressful, I just cant control myself!
(sorry about venting, it's just my mood swings.)
Then my job decided to do the 12 days of Christmas!
to top it all off this Thursday we're having a major pot luck! UUUGGHHH!

Hello, Crew!

I'm taking it one day at a time. Today was really rough because everyone had the idea of bringing "donuts & kolaches" to work for breakfast. The sugar was calling my name, but I locked myself in my room and didn't come out until a couple of hours before lunch...if I had come out any earlier, I know I would have been in that kitchen looking for the donuts. I wanted to have an OP day, and I'm glad to say that I DID! I exerted willpower, and that's what I am striving for everyday because it is so easy for me to fall off the wagon.

I am down 2 lbs. I'll take every little loss that I can get!

Matilda - Great job on going to the gym and staying within your cals.!

Bigmid - Congrats on your weight loss!

Layddi - Good luck on your potluck! I'm sure you'll stay On Plan. You can do it!

Purplefirefly - Congrats on your 5K! It looks like we're both into races. I did a 5K last month, and now I'm training for a 1/2 marathon. I have a lot of terrain to cover..I'm not even close to being ready for the 1/2 marathon. Plus, having this extra weight that I have to carry around really puts a lot of stress on my knees, so i have to be careful how I train. The weight is slowly coming off, but not near as fast as I'd like for it to. Hopefully, I will be much lighter by the time the 1/2 rolls around. Keep me abreast of your training. We can do this together!

I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A SUPER OP DAY!!!

I would like to play. This sounds like a good challenge to me. No time limits! Time limits depress me and make me...well...obsessive. I've also been kicking around a good first goal. Onederland? 10%? Each 10 pounds? All of the above?

SW: 218
CW: 218
GW: 199

I lived in Onederland for a couple months back in the Spring of 2008. What a goon for stopping. I hit a plateau, and BOOM! Other than that, I weighed 200 the day I gave birth to my now 9 year old and have only gained since.

I see a lot of downward trends on this thread already! Here's hoping I continue the trend!

Hi everyone well I didn't get to introduce myself last time, I just posted my weight! Well my name is Desiree and I have been out of onderland for over 10 years I think! Last time I tried losing weight I got down to 213 and at that time I got strep throat so I couldn't really eat for a month n a half, then lots of life problems happened and food was comforting so I got to 250 again! I weighed in this morning and I weigh 200 lbs! I need 1 pound to get to onderland and it feels amazing!
