Okay, well...October has been a mixed bag for me and I'm ending the month by taking a break from exercise--period. Thought I would tough it out there at the end, but nope, I'll start up again on Monday.
My goals for November:
No more crazy weekend eating
I want to allow for one Off Plan day, that being Thanksgiving
I also want to get down to 130 (don't freak out mom--I promise I won't go to extremes!!

) so I have a little wiggle room.
I look forward to hangin' with you chickies again this month and I look forward to getting to know all the newbies!!!
