I meant to post this last night, but got caught up in Cyber Monday shopping! I'm happy to report I met my goals for November I had my WW meeting and weigh in on Sat. and I lost another 1.6 pds. For a total of 9 lbs for the month November challenge:
1. Lose 6 pounds
2. Learn 3 new healthy recipes
3. Add 1/2 mile to my walks
I also made some new recipes and added more to my walks Thanks to all of you for your wonderful support
I lost some weight and regained some weight. I was hoping to show a loss at end of month. But still need to work on staying on plan, exercising more,
and drinking my water. Don't do well on Holidays or when out of town. Areas I need to plan for better. But normally I would have gained more this month and next month.
Well girls, I hope to see you all over in the December thread. Let's give this holiday time another go. We can make some changes and make this the Christmas of good health and happiness!
