Just checking in ladies Happy October first day of a new goal yeah!!!!
I won't get to start gong to the gym until this weekend and then I will start my new goal for this month I just have to get on a workout plan at the gym wish me luck !

So, I'm going to set the same goal as last month for this month. If I go over again, I'll know that my November goal needs to be upped!

Next ST'ing workout I do will be the P90X on Monday!!
I'm so ready for a change it's not even funny! I am, however, scared to death I'm going to fall flat on my face doing the P90X
, but I'm goin' for it!!!!

Chest and Back, which you will meet on Monday has about 10 different kinds of push ups that you do to maxium reps, hence fall on your face
