I won't get to start gong to the gym until this weekend and then I will start my new goal for this month I just have to get on a workout plan at the gym wish me luck !

Hello ladies! I have to tell you these challenges are soooo motivating for me!
Last month I totally smashed my goal! But, I'm not sure if that was a bit of a fluke because I went to Belgium and was more or less forced to do a lot of walking lol.
So, I'm going to set the same goal as last month for this month. If I go over again, I'll know that my November goal needs to be upped!
So, my goal for October is 1600 minutes of exercise!
Yay! It's October!! My favorite month!

Sandye - LOL I just wanted to reassure you that you will indeed fall on your face during p90x, that's how you know you are doing it right
Chest and Back, which you will meet on Monday has about 10 different kinds of push ups that you do to maxium reps, hence fall on your face
It's awesome!
