Sandye - LOL I just wanted to reassure you that you will indeed fall on your face during p90x, that's how you know you are doing it right Chest and Back, which you will meet on Monday has about 10 different kinds of push ups that you do to maxium reps, hence fall on your face It's awesome!
ACK!!! OMG!! Is it too late to back out now?!?! I'm gunna die! I can't do pushups!!!! (Insert paniced panting here) O M G . . . Please tell me you couldn't do push ups either--even if it's not true, just tell me that anyway k?

My October exercise goals are:
~ exercise 6 days per week, Sundays off
~ not skip any days with C25K, even if I have to repeat weeks, I won't skip Days, I plan to do C25K on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Oct. 1 ~ elliptical - 45 minutes
Oct. 2 ~ Wii Fit - 35 minutes; C25K - 30 minutes
Oct. 3 ~ Wii Fit - 40 minutes
Oct. 4 ~ off day
150 minutes so far
Yay! I so need this... I do so much better when I "have to" report in with the exercise... I look forward to getting started here with you ladies! K so here goes...
Goals for the month of October
1. To continue with and complete TBL Cardio Max 6 Week Challenge (I am starting Week 3/Level 2 this week.) 4 - 5 x's a week. 2. To add in TBL Power Sculpt every week with the corresponding week/level 3x's a week. 3. To start C25K at some point and stick with it this time!

Wow...it looks so bad to already have a day off, but Fridays are always my day off. I gotta catch up on everything from the rest of the week!! LOL Tomorrow is running and catch-up day for ST'ing that I missed Thursday. So far so good!
10/1 - Started C25K (33min), ExerciseTV Kickboxing (20min), ETV StrenghtTrainer (10min), ETV ABSolutelyAmazing (7). Total = 70min 10/2 - Quick Start Pilates (20), Rhythmic Stretching (10) Total = 30min Weekly Total So Far: 100min!
I was thinking of taking today off (I allow one, but no certain day) because my body was so sore from kickboxing yesterday... but then I thought that a nice stretching workout would make more sense! I feel much better already!
