I have upped my weights a bit in the body sculpt class. It felt impossible at the time but I don't feel too bad this morning so I guess it was probably in line with where I should be.

Jacque-Wow, you can't even talk about food porn--that's serious! Good luck with the Boot Camp program.
I totally agree with what you said about TBL. I am so mad she won I wonder if she starved herself the last few days to get to that weight. No way is that healthy...UNLESS, she is petite.

Not sure what you mean about "food porn"???

Good job on upping the weights!!

Terapet and Joci, Helen looks pretty petite to me. 117 lbs might be okay for her. I was not rooting for her, however, because I didn't like that she sent her daughter home...twice!! I just think as a mother that she should have put her daughter's well-being first. Yet she let her daughter go home when one person from each team had to go home temporarily. And then when the pink team fell below the yellow line, it was clear her daughter wanted to stay, but again, she put herself first and sent her daughter home, this time permanently! I didn't get it! I was SO rooting for Tara!! Tara was incredible the whole season! She was a machine!! Helen being 48 does give me hope, though, since I am also 48!

CMof4, Lol!! I think I have enough cleaning to do with my home alone, lol! It's over 4300 sq. feet! But as Ms_P said, thanks for the offer, lol!

Everyone here has been doing so amazingly, you inspired me to up my weights during strength training! I went up 5-10 lbs on each machine!

May 1--Strength trained! Walked! May 2--Walked! May 3--Walked! May 4--Strength trained! Walked! May 5--Walked! May 6--Walked! May 7--Strength trained! Walked! WEEK 1--ALL EXERCISE IN! May 8--Walked! May 9--Strength trained! Walked! May 10--Walked! May 11--Strength trained! Walked! May 12--Walked! May 13--Strength trained! Walked!

Oh wow! I just noticed my tracker is gone! I know the website can remove images if they feel your signature is too long, but I thought being in the yellow range was acceptable.

Jaqui_D- they are having trouble with the 3fc tickers since the website was down. I saw it in the announcements. Ticker factory etc are ok. They are working on it. So you should be fine. Great job on upping the weights! I know it is hard not to really strive for increases with this bunch cheering you on.!
