I decided yesterday to do that too. I thought yesterday would be my "last chance workout" before boot camp starts on Tues...but since today and Monday are only a little bit of cardio and pilates and I have been having Sundays as my rest day...I decided I would do the same or similar full body circuit workout tomorrow as I did yesterday. Now I am committed too since it is in writing!!! Good luck!!!

ICAN!! So good to to see you! CONGRATS on graduating tomorrow morning!!! You've worked so hard and I am so happy for you!! You have some busy times coming up too, but just keep doing what you're doing--exercising when you can! I have no doubt you're going to meet your goal!! Good luck, and keep us posted girlie!! We're rooting for ya!

Lewis, oh my, your cruise is right around the corner!! You have to be getting so excited!! I'm so happy for you!! (And envious too! ) You are going to have such a great time! And good for you deciding to take workout clothes! You've just done an amazing job on your exercise and staying OP this month!! There's a LOT of tempting foods on those cruises, and while you don't want to miss out, you also want to keep that door slammed on the 200's, so planning to keep up with your workouts is a great solution! Have fun with your continued marathon shopping!

Joci, I can't wait to hear your reports on what bootcamp is like and how you like it and how your daughter ends up liking it!

Hi FSA, Lene, Delphi, Terapet, NSM , and the rest of our ladies! Where's CMof4? We haven't heard from her is a couple of days! We miss you!

Week beginning May 1:

May 1: Spin class (45 mins)
May 2: Treadmill (30 mins HIIT)
May 3: Treadmill (30 mins HIIT)
May 5: Spin class (30 mins)

Week beginning May 8:

May 8: Spin class (45 mins)
May 9: Treadmill (30 mins HIIT)

Okay, last week was NOT a good one. Missed my goals by a mile! It was a wacky week, though and I hope this one will be better. Wait, no - it WILL be better!

Fressca, we have 3 extra days in May, so just tack on yesterday, today, and tomorrow as part of your second week instead of using the extra days for the last week! Then count the rest of the weeks of May as beginning on Mondays instead of Fridays! (NSM does that, counts her weeks from Monday to Sunday.) That means you would still have today and tomorrow to get your cardio in to make it count as four times for the week! Don't give up girlie!! You can still meet the second week's goal!

May 1--Strength trained! Walked! May 2--Walked! May 3--Walked! May 4--Strength trained! Walked! May 5--Walked! May 6--Walked! May 7--Strength trained! Walked! WEEK 1--ALL EXERCISE IN! May 8--Walked! May 9--Strength trained! Walked! May 10--Walked! May 11--Strength trained! Walked! May 12--Walked! May 13--Strength trained! Walked! May 14--Walked! WEEK 2--ALL EXERCISE IN! May 15--Strength trained! Walked! May 16--Walked!

Count me in! I started weight training yesterday - I know it's great for my metabolism but I find it more boring than aerobic, so I need the motivation of a challenge. I commit to doing my weight training routine twice a week through May and June.

You ladies are ROCKIN'!!! I love all the motivation, determination and support you girls have!! While I was gone I had a rough time getting myself motivated to work out (TOM's in town) and just the thought of having to report to you ladies get me up and moving! Heaven forbid I have a blank day in my report!

But really, thank you all so, so much for all the wonderful posts! Just seeing you all working out, supporting each other, cheering each other on--it's awesome!!!

Okay, my bed is calling! Have a great night all!!
