I just wrote a novel with personals over on the sister thread but wanted to post my workout updates before I head to bed:
May 1st - 30 Day Shred
May 2nd - Strength Training Lower Body & Abs, 30 Mins Treadmill
May 3rd - 30 Day Shred
May 4th - Strength Training Upper Body, 30 Mins Treadmill
May 5th - 8 Min Abs, 30 Day Shred
May 6th - Strength Training Lower Body, 30 Mins Abs
May 7th - 8 Min Abs, 30 Day Shred
End of Week One
May 8th - Strength Training Upper Body, 30 Mins Treadmill
May 9th - 8 Min Abs, 10 Min Treadmill (warm up), 30 Day Shred
May 10th - Spin Class of Terror!
May 11th - Strength Training Lower Body, 30 Mins New and Improved Treadmill
May 12th -8 Min Abs, 30 Mins Treadmill
May 13th - Strength Trainig Upper Body, 6 Mins of Treadmill--then the power went out until midnight!
May 14th - 8 Mins Abs, 30 Day Shred
End of Week Two
May 15th - 8 Mins Abs, Strength Training Lower Body, 30 Mins Treadmill
May 16th - 30 Day Shred (thought I'd give my abs a day off

)
Okay girls, now that my computer is up and running again, I shouldn't go MIA again.
You ladies are ROCKIN'!!! I love all the motivation, determination and support you girls have!! While I was gone I had a rough time getting myself motivated to work out (TOM's in town) and just the thought of having to report to you ladies get me up and moving! Heaven forbid I have a blank day in my report!
But really, thank you all so, so much for all the wonderful posts! Just seeing you all working out, supporting each other, cheering each other on--it's awesome!!!
