    May 17th - 30 Mins Treadmill (I jogged 9 mins out of the 30!!)
    May 18th - Strength Training Upper Body, 32 Mins Treadmill (12:30 mins of that jogging)
    May 19th - 8 Mins Abs, 32 Mins Treadmill (15 mins of that jogging!!!)
    May 20th - Strength Training Lower Body, 8 Mins Abs, 34 Mins Treadmill (15 mins of that jogging)
    May 21st - 8 Mins Abs, 34 Mins Treadmill (15+ mins of that jogging)
    End of Week 3

    May 22nd - Strength Training Upper Body, 34 Mins Treadmill (15 mis of jogging)
    May 23rd - 34 Mins Treadmill (15 mins of jogging), Extreme Gardening*
    May 24th - 30 Day Shred, Extreme Gardening*

    May 28th - 22 Mins Treadmill (6+ mins jogging--I didn't really keep close track of it)

    May 29th - Strength Training Lower Body, 8 Mins Abs, 30 Mins Treadmil (10 Mins jogging--still tough to jog with this cold! Grrr!)
    May 30th - 32 Mins Treadmill (10 Mins Jogging)
    May 31st - 32 Mins Treadmill (12 Mins Jogging)

    Come on ladies! Let's end the month with a bang! Get out there and work what your mama gave ya! Congratulations girls! You ROCKED the month of May!!! You should all be crazy proud of yourselves!! I know I am insanely proud of you all!!!!

    Thank you all so much, I know I've said it a ton, but I mean it, you have all been so inspiring and supportive and have made working towards all of my goals so much more fun than if I had done it alone. Let's face it though, I honestly doubt I would have done it alone!

    Can't wait to see all the updates and the glorious MET GOALs next to everyone's names!!!

    Congratulations everyone! We had an awesome month whether we met goals or not. I can't tell you how grateful I am that I joined this challenge. It truly helped me get out of my funk and into an exercise routine. So tallying my days/minutes I think I managed to meet my goal (I squeaked by on some days but I will take it)

    May 1-10: Exercise days: 5 Exercise minutes: 185

    May 11 - 17: Exercise days: 5 Exercise Minutes: 235

    May 18 -24: Exercise days: 4 Exercise Minutes: 155

    Week of may 25 - 31: Exercise days : 5 Exercise Minutes: 357

    5/9- 3.2 miles nordic track (45 min ( HIT) 1 mile walk with pup!
    5/10 - 4 miles nordic track (57 min (HIT) 3 miles walk with pup, weed garden, UB weights 1 of 3
    5/11 3.9 miles NT, 3 mile walk with pup, and shopping???
    5/12 2.2 miles walking
    5/13 3.3 miles Nordic track RRROOOAAARRR!!!! (that was for you Delphi! LOL)
    5/14 4.0 miles walking+ 2of3 upper body weights
    Total week 2- 26.9 miles 2 of 3 weight workout- I will try to get 4 weight sessions in this week to make up!

    5/15- shopping all day long....can i count it as a marathon??
    5/16 2.8 miles nordic track
    5/17 1.9 HIIT nordic track, 3 mile walk, upper body weight 1 of 4
    5/18 No formal exercise, got a cut
    5/19 - walked 1.2 miles upper body weights 2 of 4
    5/20- packed for trip
    5/21- 1 mile in airport
    total-9.9 miles
    5/22- 1 mile +plus stairs on ship
    5/23- 2.5 miles +plus stairs
    5/24- 2.3 miles + stairs
    5/25 walked stairs/spa/beach
    5/26 2 miles
    5/27 1.6 mile
    5/28 1.2 miles
    5/29 1 mile jogging- had to run back to ship T-storm closed beach
    5/30 1.2 miles
    5/31 Jet skied (stand up) all day
    total-12.8 miles
