CMof4 Sandye, you know that might be a good idea splitting up your time working out. As long as you get the minutes in, it doesn't matter if you do them all at once. In any event, you're doing a great job, so keep it up!

Well, I got my strength training in today, and I am beginning to like it more and more!
I also broke my walk into 15 min before and 15 min after, so that worked out well!
May 1--Strength trained! Walked!
May 2--Walked!
May 3--Walked!
May 4--Strength trained! Walked!
