My SW is 240.4 and my GW is 140 (will accept just getting close, but I'm going to try my best).
This makes me really sad because I was down to 220 just a couple months ago at least I caught myself before I gained it all back i guess.

Purplefirefly - I know what you mean...in Sept I got down to 233 and now I'm all the way back up to 250...
I kept telling myself during school that I didn't have time to work out....I didn't have time to eat right and cook....and if I would have just tried a little harder...if I would have just thought things through....there are so many ways I could have made better food choices....I could have cooked meals ahead of time and heated them up when I didn't have time to cook....I could have fit in 15 min exercise sessions several times a week or even in a day sometimes....and I may not have lost alot of weight....but I bet I would be at least 5 pounds lighter....so if I would have tried to make smarter choices I would probably be around 228 at least instead of 250 which is 17 pounds heavier! and sooo close to where I started.
So one of my New Year's Resolutions is to STOP doing the same thing expecting different results......so if something isn't working...like I think I don't have time to exercise....I'm going to review my schedule and see where I can fit some in....and same with food...I'm deteremined to find ways around my obstacles! I'm going to succeed this year!
Good luck to you!

Last February, when I got serious about losing weight after going up to 270 in January, I basically revamped how and what I ate. By October, I had lost 50 lbs. Since October, I've regained 15lbs from lack of time to work out.
Weight: SW - 228, GW- 165-175.
Inches:
Chest: 42D -> 36D
Waist: 35 -> 30
Gut: 39 -> as close to waist as possible.
Hips: 43 -> 38 (I got a natural big booty so I doubt if it'll get really small. But then, I like having a big booty)
Thighs: 37 -> 32
Calves: 16 -> 13-14
Pants/Dress Size: L (tees)/XL (everything else) top/14 bottom -> M/L top / 10-12 bottom
finances/budget: less doubt.
organization (home vs work/school): better time management with my jobs/church/fam/friends
nutrition: That I'll gain a love for fruit again.
water intake: that I'll up it to 6 bottles of water (12 glasses). NO more vitamin water, OJ only when I'm sick.
exercise / fitness level: Since I work two jobs, I can only do 30 mins in between both jobs everyday. I've also walked at least 2-3 miles each day. I want to keep that up and maybe extend that to 3-4 miles daily.
pampering/relaxation: Get my nails and brows done more. For each 15 lbs lost, I plan on treating myself to something from MAC or Sephora.
Picture (from November 2008, I'm in the pink and grey striped sweater)

Hi all!
I know I am a little late in joining and I havn't done one of these challenges so I guess I'll just jump right in with my goals for this challenge.
Weight-Get to my goal weight of 145 by May and never let the scale go above 150 ever again!
Inches-Um...sure...I wanna loose some of those but I never could get the same spot each time...so I go more by how my clothes feel.
Pants/Dress Size-I want to wear a size 10 without anyone thinking it is tight anywhere.
finances/budget-Pay off 1/2 of my credit card balance this year and put an additional 100 per month in a ready cash fund.
organization (home vs work/school)Get my home office cleaned out and everything filed by June of this year. File my taxes by Feb 1st.
nutrition-Continue to stay OP with Medifast thru March, Then transition to weight watchers for the remainder of 2009
time with family/friends-Get everyone together for a family dinner every Sunday. Be there when both of my grandchildren are born.
water intake-64 oz. every day! no more than 1 diet soda per week.
exercise / fitness level-Continue walking/stair climing program at work. Walk in the park when weather permits. Possible gym membership in the summer.
pampering/relaxation-Mannie/peddies for every week that I stay OP. Massage at least 1 every 2 months.
So Here is the before and after. The first was June of this year at 235 lbs. The second picture is at my current weight about 178 lbs. (I'm the tall one. My sis says she is the cute one)

Very inspiring, thanks for sharing! I was doing really well and feeling so good, and then started working from home and had the same issue with feeling I did not have time to exercise. At first I was maintaining and watching what I ate, but then got too busy with working all the time and stopped even weighing myself. I threw out all my size 18/20 pants while I was doing good, and knew I needed to kick back into gear when my size 16s are now fitting tight I was so proud to be in a 16 again, and now they are tight it makes me so sick!
But, I am going to get back on track now, before they don't fit at all and I have to go around naked

So I just found GREAT Pregnancy dvd's on Ebay's buy it now for $1!!!! I'm GEEKED!!! I'm going to buy a couple different ones I think. I'm thinking during this pregnancy I'm going to do a lot of and walking. I didn't exercise at all w/ DD, but I did only gain #23 - shich isn't too bad if you're not already overweight!
Good thing about this time is I'm #10 lighter then 7 years ago, and I have a MUCH firmer grip on what to do and not to do!!! I'm so excited beyond words girls! I've found a website that does the weight formula for you:
Maternal:
Uterus 0.79 lbs.
Breasts 0.33 lbs.
Blood 1.03 lbs.
Water 1.38 lbs.
Fat 2.75 lbs.
Subtotal 6.28 lbs.
Fetal:
Fetus 7.5 lbs.
Placenta 0.53 lbs.
Amniotic Fluid 0.65 lbs.
Subtotal 8.68 lbs.
Total 14.96 lbs.
So my goal is to not gain more then #15. My SW was #194.4. I'm going to eat right, drink a TON of water and keep things in check. I've already cut backa TON of soda... but I'm craving beef - actually anything that doesn't have wings - like no other!!!

Goals
sw 243
gw 150
sm 49-47-48
gm 38-32-38
Santa brought us a wii this year still looking for wii fit, I also have the 30 day shred that hasn't been opened yet and I have a gazelle in my bedroom.
My goals that I wish to accomplish this year are
Weight/Inches - Excercise daily to know what onderland feels like again and to find my waist that has been missing for sometime now.
Family/friends - What happens to all our friends? I will start socializing again invite friends and family over more. Maybe movie night or a game of wii bowling for starters.
Finances/budget - Stick with that budget I sat down and did last week and continue to do it monthly, get rid of CC debt, start a savings and give more to charity.
Nutrition - Drink more water, cut out the coffee and soda, eat breakfast buy veggies and fruit instead of chips and ice cream.
Pampering/relaxation - have to think about this one
Blog/journaling - Daily if possible to keep motivated

Im so ready to make 2009 a good year. It always feels good when theres a clean slate.
When I was in TN , I went and seen Melissa and she gave me a yummy recipe for chicken quesidillas and a fruit and yogurt parfait. Im so gonna use those recipes. Anyone else have any simple healthy recipes. Im so not creative, lol.
Goals for 2009:
I would like to lose 50 pds, seems like alot but its totally doable.
I want to save up some cash and get my own apartment, I cant stand living with my father.
I want to continue to get straight A's in school and work hard to finish, ASAP.
Once I lose some weight, Im going to work on my self esteem and find myself a man, hehe.
I want to try and pay off at least one credit card.
I plan to work out atleast 3-4 times a week.
I will eat healthier and try to eat some natural foods.
I think im gonna end it there, I dont want to get too much going. I dont really think any of that is too hard to do.
SW: 195 (yep, I gained 5 pds since last challenge)
GW: 145 (Id like to weight 130 but im not gonna push it)
I currently wear a size 16/17 jeans, Id like to wear 10/12 but ive always had some junk in the trunk so ill live with a 13/14.
