309 flat eating a hugh carb sandwich for my first meal from Antoine's roast beef with added mayo, yucky horseradish. Will be more carb conscious the rest of the day, current goal between now and July 1st is 299.8 lbs, let's go! Thank you God.
308.9 lbs only .1 lower than yesterday but a new low so I’m grateful , today was not a outright cheat day but I had more carbs than I should have starting the day with biscuit and gravy from jimmy dean, a poppi watermelon soda, chipotle bowl keto style, 2 low carb tortillas and a couple of pieces of this kosher chocolate.
307.9 weigh in feels good being 8 lbs to my first big goal. I ate a submarine from Antoine's in turkey and Swiss with a mayo packet, sugar free Russell stover candy, true lemon passionfruit mixed with water. I take vitamin d, prebiotic prebiotic, apple cider vinegar Gummie, magnesium, coq10 and berberine.
So far I've eaten 2 slices of pizza leftover from last night and 3 hot wings, 1 packet if true lemon passionfruit drink packet mixed with my water and some Israeli milk chocolate (I forgot the name brand). Weigh in 306.7 let's go
Full disclosure, my eating has been poor up until today. Not fabulous today, but not terrible. That said my weigh in nude was 311.9 lbs. Which is 6 lbs up from a mere 5 days ago. Some of my gain I believe is hormone related but some is based off of poor food choices. I'm also committing myself to more physical activity.
Happy mother's day everyone! I ate some onion rings (a lot) and some watermelon so I might be up tomorrow. However tomorrow or today depending on where you are, is my day and my mom, daughter and I will be dining out.
thank you so much! On 5/15 my eeigh in was 308.2 my family and I attended a birthday party for my daughter's friend. We ate at Red Robin for the first time it was really good I got the pigout burger and sweet potato fries along with broccoli and I had ao.e apple croissant dessert. Planning on resuming our regularly scheduled low carb/keto plan on 5/16.
Hey everyone, I'm in Houston and we had a bad storm which knocked out our power 2 days ago. Still waiting on repairs, I'm still on my journey but I'm making a pit stop at Bucees lol, all kidding aside I have too much on my plate to worry too much about my diet. I am not giving up but over the next few days I probably won't be keto.
