Hi , no weigh in for a little bit. My breakfast was eggs and bacon for breakfast, half a honeycrisp apple, Bai Mango drink 10 calories, seaweed and string cheese stick.
Weight - 332.5 yikes! 3.4 up from my lowest. I haven't been sleeping the greatest which I think is a contributor along with not eating perfect. Better than I was but not as well as I could and should.

Hey everyone, my eating has been awful for the past several days. I'm planning to clean up my eating 5/8 (today). Will log later, it's in the middle of the night, ttys!
Weight today 334.5 (up 5.4 lbs from my lowest), I ate a homemade egg, bacon and cheese sandwich on heb wheat bread
. I also had a vanilla new England coffee for 280 calories.
Today's weigh in 329.9, so most of my regain has left me yay! I haven't eaten yet but will find something soon.
Finally eating at 9 pm, not intentionally just a lot of stuff happening on my end. That said my first meal is 2 servings of Trader Joe's frozen steel cut oats and their Acai bowl. Very good I was a little scared of warmed bananas but it's good.
Whataburger Patty Melt, Flaming Hot Cheetos, Bai drink and cheese stick.

I weighed 328.5 today, I'm officially 13.2 lbs down yay. My eating hasn't been ideal, I'm a little surprised I'm losing weight still but I think compared to how u used to eat my body is being kind.
I ate Mexican food from El tiempo today.

Thank you, I can't believe it's been so long. I recently went keto (like on the 24th I think was when I began) my partner is also keto, I want to see this through at least until the end of the year but preferably longer.

current pressing issue - I have pcos, used to have regular periods and missed my last 2 periods. Weight greatly affects my pcos symptoms. Last period Jube 19th, May 15, April 15, missed March. Hoping this helps trigger my Tom in september.

Hey everyone, I'm doing fine, working on self-care, I just began my otc retinol treatment on August 25, 2023 so far, so good.

As for my food - buffalo wings from Sprouts, pickle, ranch, a whole avocado. 2 cups of green tes sweetened sith liquid Stevia from Trader Joe's, 2 packs of 100 calorie almond walnut packs, 2 pieces of keto slim fast candy 1 in Mint chocolate and the other is chocolate caramel nut.
Real Good 200 calorie Orange Chicken 30 carbs, deduct 20 erythritol carbs and 3 fiber carbs. So around 7 net carbs? lol I liked this, and if I'm losing my mind over Chinese food I'd get it again but I'm a little iffy about how it will affect my keto journey on a regular.
