Today's weigh in 300 lbs. I ate a vsnilla cupcake for 530 calories, Trader Joe's cheeseburger burrito 620 calories, 2 veggies and cheese trays 340 calories for both, izze soda 70 calories.
The past several days have been crap to be completely honest. Some days ago I got under 300 again only to now be 308. Wtf anyhow I binged for the first time in a long time, will get back on track tomorrow. My daughter is sick (a cold I think but she’s miserable), I have family coming in and so much to do. I am bigger than this, literally and figuratively this too shall pass, let’s do it.
303.1 God is good, all the time! I’m eating a bag of fresh broccoli, Taylor farms Buffalo ranch veggie dip single serve tray, 2 eggs mixed with cottage cheese and broccoli, 2 sausages, 1 teaspoon of jelly and a slice of bread.
adding I had a huge cup of coffee with Coffee Mate brown butter chocolate chip cookie creamer it was so good. Took my supplements too.

Heya, 302.7 lbs, had pizza for dinner and now for breakfast dominos cheesesteak pizza, along with a salad topped with Guy Kaku sesame miso dressing it was delish. Oh throw in a brownie and I’m thinking about sampling a little cheesecake shhhh
302.9 still 4.2 up from lowest but down from yesterday yay! I had a homemade salad with Late July sweet potato tortilla chips, fajita chicken from heb, sharp cheddar shreds from heb and some Gyu Kaku sesame miso dressing. I also had a grape Poppi soda it was really good and some Tom and Jenni no sugar added chocolate caramels 1 serving 70 calories. I’m about to have my last chili lime seaweed it’s so good y’all.

Wow a lot of time lapses, yesterday I was 305.6 lbs and I got a lot of outdoor exercise doing a walking trail, at 2 different Parks. Walking backwards and forward it was fun. I had mcdonalds mcdouble, hot and spicy chicken sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets, oreo mcflurry, chinese food (general tso, beef and broccoli and a little white rice).
302 flat, had some homemade salt and vinegar Buffalo wings, homemade deviled eggs with extra miracle whip generic heb, green tea and spearmint tea sweetened with stevia, Poppi soda, butter cookies 150 calories from the blue tin, planning to have a heb cauliflower pizza not keto and some vanilla custard from Connie’s mixed with strawberries and seaweed for a snack. Add 1 chocolate bar.
301.6 today happy about it, it was 301.8 lbs yesterday I believe so .2 down! lol I just ate a big homemade salad made out of garden salad mix from heb, Caesar dressing, some heb sharp cheddar cheese from heb and 2 eggs. Along with about 6 Trader Joe’s Buffalo wings. I also had half a Trader Joe’s milk chocolate bar at around 60-70 calories and some spearmint and green tea sweetened with Stevia. May have some frozen yogurt with toppings later from Menchie’s and planning to have heb cauliflower pizza for dinner.
Yesterday I hit 300.9 lbs. my goal is to get below 300 by Sunday. I can't weigh in until Friday, so praying on it. Eating some bbq pop chips, and having a sausage and pepper heb caulifñower pizza

Hey everyone today’s weigh in was 302.5 lbs currently on antibiotics for a nasty ear infection no exercise, I just ate 3/4 large organic avocado, 3 eggs with some heavy whipping cream, 2 pieces of bacon and 2 slices of flax Ezekiel bread.
