Weigh in for 9/12/23 was 328.8, I'd gained a couple of pounds and they finally fell off. I've been sticking to a low-carb/keto lifestyle and plan to through the end of this year and into the beginning of next.
Still doing low carb/keto, it's been about 5 weeks now. Current weigh in 331 lowest recently 328.5, started Berberine on October 1st (before bed), took another one October 2nd. Also had 2 good walks at the park on the 2nd of October and started my tom the same day.
328.1 on 10/7, food was two good yogurt in peach and 2 packs of almond/walnut 100 calorie packs, 3 tortillas. Hamburger and 2 homemade stuffed jalapeņos. Bai drinks.
add 2 tacos with sour cream, cheese and Tomato.

Even though I haven't slept just yet, I intentionally broke keto (my bday weekend) with doughnut, slice of pepperoni and kolache from shipley. Also I have 2 slices of cheesecake coming from cheesecake factory, planning a keto meal and some Chinese food with a friend. Back on keto on Monday.
Had General Tso chicken, white rice, full order of crab cream cheese rangoons, Bai, took an extra berberine staying off the scale for a week. Today weight 325.5 lbs.

323.4 lbs, is today's weight I'm super excited because that's around 15 lbs from the low start 338, and 19 lbs from the high start of 342. Last night I had one of those lean cuisine veggies low csrb pizzas, highly recommend.
Awesome job! What brand and dose are you taking for the berberine? I had been looking into it but the GI side effects scared me away lol
Hey, so far so good for me, I'm only doing a small dose 1 pill a day but I notice the scale moving I'm taking enzymedica berberine phytosome 60 capsules 275 mg. The recommended dose is 600 mg or more a day but I like it so far. I was planning on increasing maybe with my next bottle I got this from Sprouts, but it sold on Amazon and other stores.
