Girls, girls! Yesterday I came in at 301.6 lbs which was my original start weight 10 years ago and today I'm 300.7 lbs I'm so grateful. That said I just ate my daughter's leftovrr honey walnut shrimp from Panda Express, made 3 eggs with cottage cheese and cooked 3 sausages along with some jelly and the eggs were cooked in butter. Might have a couple of slices of bread Thanks!

Everybody, yeah, rock your body, yeah…no but seriously I’m up by .8 lb. I’m 301.1 this is after indulging in Little Caesar’s pizza 2 nights ago, I’m ok back on track but transparency over shame. I’m going to break into the 200s very soon y’all. I just had 3 tacos from heb fully cooked taco meat, sour cream cheese and tomatoes. I had a 2 good yogurt in banana chocolate (the kind that’s like Chobani with the toppings) and I took my vitamins/supplements. It’s going to be a good day people!

Yesterday my weight was 300.7, not sure what it is today because I haven’t slept yet, I’m babysitting for a friend so far I’ve eaten a cheese and veggie w/ranch tray from heb along with a sandwich kids lunch meal (turkey sandwich, carrots that were out of date I had to toss, apples I didn’t eat, ranch). I also had some Trader Joe’s chocolate chip cookies.

By the way happy Thanksgiving this is so funny because I'm super thankful this happened but I'm also planning to eat a lot for the day. I'll get back down to it again, but wow. Super grateful, thank God.

Hi everyone, I ate a bunch during Thanksgiving and Black Friday and yesterday I got back on track. I’ve decided to avoid restaurants for the next 2 weeks for the sake of my bank account and weight. I told myself to avoid the scale for the next week but I couldn’t resist and it said I was 4 lbs up but I have no doubt it will be down again very soon. Today I had a sandwich meal for 490 calories and a veggie and cheese tray for 170 calories.

add Marie Calendar Sweet and a sour chicken 570 calories, seaweed, jello regular strawberry, Izze soda 70 calories, veggie and cheese tray 170 calories.
