Hey everyone, out of the blue my weight shot up about 7.4 lbs even though I am still on track ?? That said I'm assuming it's pms weight gain but damn. I've even exercised a bit lately, I think I need a new scale too.
Weigh in 321 lbs, 21 lbs down from 342 and 17 lbs down from 338, just ate a Stevia sweetened Russell Stover's pecan delight and about to have jalapeno poppers homemade my tummy is already upset but I appreciate the weight loss.
I lost .2 lb. not much, but way better than a gain (a win is a win) I ate some more buffalo wings from BWW with ranch, pork rings and spinach dip, 2 apple cider vinegar gummies, and I want to eat some yogurt and a couple of burgers from In and Out burger (wrapped in lettuce, get it protein style if you're low carb, I do ketchup and mustard, extra onion, no sauce double double).
Today I've eaten some lemon pepper sauce and salt and vinegar buffalo wings, along with ranch and 1 serving (5 pieces) of Russell Stover's versión of starbursts sugar free. Planning to have a salad soon, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I plan to eat the traditional way. Mac and cheese, bread, dessert. Etc. And hide my scale for a week. Also I realize I have to exercise, this makes me so crazy but it must be done because my body needs more. I have pcos. Also I had a Bai 10 calories. Will return to keto on Saturday.
Happy Thanksgiving, i pigged out today, back on track on Friday, scale is off limits until December 1st. Lowest weight so far 321 flat, last weigh in 322.5. End of the year goal 315.8.
