Hello Babies! Today I came in at 299.4 lbs I have eaten Kimchi, cauliflower pizza (not lol carb, it’s mighty crust from heb in sausage peppers), about 5 hot wings from Trader Joe’s it was all really good also some go chili Lime seaweed and sunflower seed butter dark chocolate cups 1 serving 170 calories. I’m up .5 from the 26th of March after eating a bunch of Taco Bell over the past couple of days.

That Kimchi made me sick I think y’all, so I wouldn’t buy it again I had diarrhea after consuming it. Now I’m ear infection free, went to the ent almost 2 weeks ago yay! Anyway today I’m 298.5 lbs my lowest since being on this journey, goal for April is 289.9 lbs and to aim for 10,000 steps a day. I’ve been smashing that goal doing 20,000+ steps on at least 2 days so far and it’s only the 4th. Wishing us all well on our journeys let’s go!!

Heya, I did over 14,000 steps today, ate the most amazing Buffalo chicken dip from Trader Joe’s (heat it up in a separate container, you’re welcome) with celery and about to figure out dinner. Today’s weigh in 298.5 same as yesterday thanks!

focus less on calorie counting and more on the quality of your food. Add more vegetables, protein, and healthy fats — this will help you feel full and energized. Also, don’t forget to enjoy small pleasures, like chocolate or your favorite dishes; it’s important to find a balance

Thanks Lucy! Today I came in at 298.7, this is also my pms water retention time, I missed out on my 10,000 step per day challenge on the 11th, 12th and 13th but today on the 14th and the days of April prior to the 11th I hit it! today I ate Trader Joe’s Buffalo wings, broccoli fresh, tea, seaweed and for dinner I plan to have stuffed jalapeños and possible cake.

Hey everyone currently going through TOM, ate cake and Panda Express yesterday, today came in at 299.2 lbs. just ate a bowl of strawberries, got in my 10,000 steps yesterday and today I think I only missed 3 days this month . I have leftover Panda Express from last night and I’m planning to eat the remaining orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and super greens. For dinner I will have a salad with the remaining chili lime chicken from Trader Joe’s I have.

298.1 lbs, ate 4 servings of chili lime chicken from Trader Joe’s with the Trader Zjoes Caesar salad no croutons or cheese just dressing and lettuce. I’m now eating chocolate bars from Trader Joe’s 200 calories and about 2 servings of walnuts and I’ll have chipotle for dinner honey chicken burrito loaded with beans and rice.

297.4 lbs I ate about a whole rotisserie chicken to myself, half a Mediterranean Pizza from Safeway, tea, chocolate bar from Trader joes, walnuts about 2 servings, smart sweets,, 3 servings of chili Lime seaweed.

297 flat, ate 4 boiled eggs from Costco, 4 turkey sausage patties l, 2 slices of Ezekiel flax bread toasted and strawberry jelly packet from chick fil a previous order. I also had perfect peanut butter chocolate chip mini bar and gimme chili lime seaweed.also an olipop in grape it was really good.

Quick progress report - today’s weigh in was 297.4 lbs, shy of my 289.9 goal that said I’m grateful to be under 300 lbs, though I’m running into a similar problem with bouncing around the same weight. My eating hasn’t been consistent but what has been is my walking 10,000 steps a day, for the month of April out of 30 days I only fell short 5 of them. That makes last month a success imo . Will update later today thanks.

Hey everyone, 3 days ago I had a pretty bad pms related binge, went to over 300 lbs again but I’m now back down to 298.5 thank God. I got back on track on the 3rd and 4th. Keep going everyone, there’s still tons of road on the other side of the bump

Hey everyone today’s weigh in 297.8, my lowest has been 297 flat. I’m currently aiming for 289.9, then 279.9, 269.9, 259.9, 249.9, 239.9, 229.9, 199.9 (see how I just jumped ahead, not very demure but pretty mindful ), then 175.

297 flat again, but I did eat a bit heavy so we will see tomorrow where we are. I got over 10,000 steps in btw.
