Lori Bell & Lori- after i started eating better & losing weight, i had very irregular lighter periods( I had very heavy periods when I was overweight), then it just stopped. I just got it for the first time in 11mo. I started eating more calories to maintain in Sept. I think that helped. It's good to know I'm not the only one to experience this.

Well, I'm losing weight, I think I need to raise my calories a bit so I can maintain at this weight. The problem is, I really over ate today, i ate everything that I was hungry for & I didn't really care til now! I'll be gaining tomorrow!

I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one with TOM issues! My periods have become irregular too. I get them more often than normal, I sometimes have a couple of days of spotting before the actual period starts...and they tend to be heavy with awful cramps that I haven't experienced since I was a teenager. Sorry TMI! I wasn't overly concerned as I knew weight loss can affect it, but I'm glad to hear there's hope once i get to goal and my body has a chance to re-regulate!

Reporting in:
My calories have been on track for the most part, but for the last two days there's plenty left to be desired in the exercise department. My excuse is that I've been frantically writing my novel for NaNoWriMo... but I'm a few days ahead on my word count now, so it's time to get my butt unglued from the computer chair and working out. xD

Hi there. New to this site as well and my goal is to lose the last 6 pounds by Thanksgiving. I know its going to be tough but I really want to hit the 140 mark by then. Got back on track this week since the diet and exercise slipped a bit but I am going to bust my thanksgiving butt and give it my all until then. Good luck to everyone in their challenges as well! Ann

Just checking in before we start our BUSY weekend. I was back to my goal "range" this morning. I try to maintain in the range of 140-143. Yay... I'm really wanting to drop that range to 133-135. Today I feel very confident...as long as I stay away from my Triggers. It took 2 days to gain 9 pounds and so far it has taken 5 days to lose it. Wow, I knew I ate a lot of calories last weekend, but I'm thinking it was much more than I had estimated.

Anyway, Probably won't check in again until Sunday afternoon, so I hope everyone really works it!

ETA: Welcome Mitza24. We are about the same size!

I am so close I can almost taste it! Down almost 3 lbs this week, just a smidgen over 200 today! It is going to be tempting to wait until official WI day next Friday to see that 1xx on the scale, but I really want to make sure it's for real and not just a fluctuation...so a week I will wait

Heading up to a friends house today and won't be back until tomorrow, so I hope everyone has a great Saturday!

Hey everyone. Just a quick check in. I ate horribly yesterday, and drank like 4 glasses of sweat tea, so my weight was back up to 182.6 today. About to get in some exercise, probably tae bo. I will most likely be sore tomorrow, keeping my weight higher, but hopefully I'll be able to do it more often so that I won't be as sore.

Gained 3 lbs from yesterdays over eating, why do I do this every time I lose weight? Time to move on and stay on track! 1460 cal. today, hopefully tomorrow a little lower than that. Must lose this weight!

I had a kind of off plan night last night - I mean...I planned to have a bit of an off plan night, but I deviated a little further off my plan than I should have. That being said, the damage was actually minimal if I think about it without blowing it out of proportion in my mind, which I tend to do and then stress out. So I'm not going to stress, I had planned for most of it, so it's ok.
I am down another 1.1 pounds this morning, to 159.8 pounds (72.5kg). So weird how after a bigger calorie day yesterday my weight is LESS this morning. It's crazy. Hopefully it sticks. I'm already right back on track today.

Checking in before turning in for the night. I did great with my diet yesterday and today, but I didn't get my exercise in. I need to get better at that.

Good night my friends! ☺

Good Day Ladies!!!
I've been on plan all week with the exception of yesterday. I was off schedule with my eating. We went car shoppping and it had me on edge. I don't like my credit being checked and I wanted to do an even trade but I may have to come out of pocket so it was a little much for me. Then I started craving honey buns/sweet bread/doughnuts but I didn't get any. Then I got home and only had about 400 calories by 6pm so I figured I needed to eat those 1100 calories...at one time. I had two bowls of chili with rice and cornbread. Then I ate marshmallows and almonds. I don't even like marshmallows. I was even trying to figure out how to add marshmallows with bread to get the sweet bread I was craving. NUTS I know. IT was a disaster. Then I went to sleep. I was having nightmares about some man killing peole and eating them. I'm sure it was those marshmallows. I woke up at 1am to go to the bathroom and the baby girl woke up with me and was wide awake. So I wasn't able to partake of the extra hour. My husband wants to go car shopping today...oh did I mention I have a block on my credit report so they couldn't tell me if I was approved adding to my stress level. I don't want to go car shopping because I'm still tired. He slept while we were awake in the wee hours. When I'm out of sorts like thin he knows I am very impatient and car shopping is not a good idea. Especially if I feel like you are trying to take advantage of me.

I'm rambling. I'm drinking water today hoping it will flush all those marshmallows out of my body. I've drank 64oz so far and plan to drink at least 64 more. I will be on the treadmill for an hour as well.

Have a great day eveyone!!

misspriss Way to go on the loss this week! Hope the new job is treating you well, and congrats on still getting your scheduled workouts in!

jiggle Sorry about your stressful weekend! I hope you're feeling a bit better today.

I had a good Sunday not at work for a change. Got a good amount of calories even if my lunch was a little bit silly - plain boiled potatoes haha. I got some new workout clothes which make me feel pretty good, even if I do think I'm going to feel a little silly going out jogging in my head-to-toe Nike outfit hah!
Glad for my loss last week and hoping for another this week, just have to make sure I get in my exercise!

I'm still gaining weight, but I have been doing well w/ my eating for the past 2 days. Tomorrow I should see a loss, I hope. Had 1415 calories even though we went to a Japanese buffet w/ my family. I had 2 cups of iceberg lettuce, 2 tomato slices, 1 tsp. of ginger dressing( my fave!) & about 4 servings of fresh fruit. That's it!

Good evening Girlies. As the weekend wraps up, I'm hoping everyone had a good one and stayed true to your personal goals for this challenge. I am happy to report that as of now, 7:18pm CST I have not given into the sugar monster, despite the chocolate birthday cake of the hubby's sitting on the counter. Boy oh boy, this has been a LONG day. I don't know if it's the cake or the extra hour, but I really wish it was time for bed. LOL

I'm just so happy. I'm back on track and feeling pretty proud of myself for taking care of the body God gave me.
