

I got on the treadmill first thing this morning. 3.25 miles and feeling great. I need a bath now. Even though it's my anniversary I will be eating on plan. I didn't do so bad at dinner last night but probably more than I should have. Hopefully when I measure on Saturday there is enough loss that I won't remember the meal. Lots of stuff to do today so it will be easy to eat on plan and stay within my calorie range.
Rainbow - I hope today is a better day for you and your workout. But it's understandable.

Elizabeth - It was hard for me at dinner so I started feeding everyone what I eat for the most part because it was better for all of our health. If you can't, think of it like eating out. Everyone will usually order something different and you don't think anything of it most of the time anyway...just a thought.

Northern - Thanks for the wishes. I'm feeling pretty good about it!!! Looking forward to the next 35!!

Life -
We are having a great time and getting healthy so hop in and have fun!!EVERYONE ELSE - We are making it happen and we still have a couple weeks to push toward our goals. SO LETS GET IT DONE!!!
