Morning ladies!

How is everybody's day so far?! Hope all is well. I'm at work right now and will be getting my workout in once I get home at 5. Since I didn't go to bed from my last night's workout until about 2am, I couldn't get myself up at 7 to workout and then get ready...haha. I'm up 1/2 a pound, but I'm not worried about it, just fluctuation's again I think. My body is fluctuating a lot this time around. Last challenge it was consist loss when I was staying OP, now it's up down up down ugh. getting old! haha. 30DS was a lot better last night, I wasn't as tired at the end and I could do more and better push ups than the first time, that really made me happy! I'm shocked at how fast one's endurance can change!!!

beansmama: you can totally make that goal by the end of the challenge!!!!!

aluxa: oh no need to apologize!! everybody gets stressed!!! i completely agree having a positive mindset can change a lot of things!!! Maybe if your aunt sees you being positive, that will some how change her to be nice? let's hope! definitely try 30DS too if you get a chance! it is really great!

kdm: haha i am so terrified of L2!!! walking push ups right?! those sound horrible!!! haha I think i'm going to take my measurements after L1 like you did, but probably end up waiting until the end of the 30 days as well. I just CAN'T WAIT!!!!! I keep wanting to check and I have to remind myself it's only been 5 days and my body can't drop inches that fast! haha good to hear that you got great reactions from your fam! that's the one thing I am looking forward to as well, my extended fam (aunts, uncles, etc) have always been negative about my weight, looking down on me, so I want to put off seeing them as long as I can so when i do they don't even recognize me!!!! that'll shut 'em up!! :) reading your description of L2 makes me nervous, what is a plank twist?!

northern: congrats on staying OP!!

sugarrox: hey for celebrating a 21st bday you didn't do that bad!!!! My little brother's 21st is coming up in September, and I'm just going to say the heck with it and have an off day. haha

fit: congrats on getting out of the 170's!!!!!! that's awesome!!!

jiggle: hahaha I guess a little bit psycho and a little bit of determination never hurt anybody, right?! hahaha. I totally know what you mean about never wearing white!! good for you for wearing it!!!!! That's one thing that I want to be able to do as well, eventually. I always think i look huge in white. I get bored too with my workouts, I need to switch them up. Once you finish your 30 days what if you rotate between 30ds one day and then do something different the next? I think that would help you from becoming bored, maybe? another jillian michaels tape, or are you getting sick of her? haha

well i am off for the day, going to make sure I get all my water in today because I came very close yesterday to not getting it all in. that may explain the fluctuation of my weight? who knows.

Just a quick check in to say hello!

The weather has been beautiful here in northen MN this week, hope it stays that way through the weekend!

Jiggle: where did you live in AK? I spent a couple of summers working up there back in college. (that was back in my tenting days...I'm spoiled now with an RV...no DVD player?! Now that's roughing it, lol.). We are also taking the ATV's out for the first time this season. Can't wait!

Going to do my best to account for everything this weekend, even if I go over a bit. Sprite zero and vodka, baby! Lol. After the past few weeks, I think I deserve a drink!

Hey, I missed a day or so of posts; everyone seems to being doing great. I didn't see posts from Lori or JD, so if y'all are just reading, I hope you are doing alright.
I had a nice week with the hubby. He is gone again (at least this is a short trip). I have stayed on plan despite all of the bbq'ing and eating out and the frustration of having my car die. Hopefully, it is all fixed (the car) and won't give me any trouble. I need to buy groceries (the cupboards are bare) and I really don't want the hassle of lugging them on the train every couple of days.
I don't weigh in until Monday (which is also when TOM is supposed to arrive!). I am really hoping for a good loss (anything over 1lb even if it is . something over). I guess I'll see on Mon. I hope everyone has a good day...I'm so glad it is Friday! Well, I've got to go and see if my car is going to start or if I need to get the yen out for the train!

Wow! Y'all have been chatty Cathys!

I didin't fall off the face of the earth LOL.

All my online time the past couple of days has been spent researching our NEW vacation plans. We had been planning to go to the Gulf Shores Area Beach, but with the oil spill, our Travel Agent advised us to cancel and make new plans. We only had till today (30 days out) to decide and cancel and not lose any money. So our new plan is to leave from New Orleans and take a cruise to Cozumel/Progreso. So we've had to totally switch all our plans and anticipations!

I've been OP all week. I completed 30DS L1 D7 today. It is getting better and better. Still hard, ,though! I am seeing the most change in my push-ups! I could barely do them at first - felt like such a DORK! But I'm getting so much better at them!

I weigh in tomorrow morning. I am a little scared because I'm sooooo afraid that whoosh was a fluke and it'll all be gone tomorrow!

Sometimes I envision the fat just plopping back on my body like the Nutty Professor (Eddie Murphy's version) or if you've recently seen the Princess and the Frog like the guy who stole the prince's body. My big ol' bootie is just going to re-appear - boinggg!

So, I've got to get my Wii Fit board set up tonight and get everything hooked up so it's ready to go in the morning.

I'll have to do personal's later, y'all. I'm going to have to get a pen and paper to write it all out to answer everyone with 2 1/2 pages to catch up on!

Someone asked (sorry I can't remember) what size I'm in now. My size 14 capris are just starting to get a tad baggy and I'm wearing my one pair of size 12 shorts like a normal person LOL. I don't know if I could fit into any other size 12's because I haven't tried any others on yet. Maybe these shorts are just a fluke?

Jiggle, I wore the ON jeans for about 6 weeks. They were quite snug, but no muffin top, when I started wearing them. By the time I sent them to you they looked like I'd pooped my pants and they were just saggin' down all in the back! The waist got loose too, like I could have moved the button over 2 inches. It'll be no time before you move down to a 14! Then it's only been about 3 weeks since I got my 14's and they're already starting to get loose. I can probably wear them another 2 or 3 weeks before they have to go too! But only 3 weeks between getting into a snug 14 and then wearing my 12 shorts! I went to buy a pair of the shorts in white for the cruise, but I waffled back and forth between 12 or 10. The 10's are only like 1/2 inch smaller across than the 12's! I didn't get either, I'll probably go back and get the 10's though.

Ok, I've got to get to bed. My baby boy has fever again, so it may be a rough night! I'll be so glad when this last set of molars is in! I hope that's all it is, though.

But I am ok & hanging in there~glad y'all liked the flowers & Glad aluxa likes my daughters name.
Her full name is Camila Nyoka Louise (she has 3 names)Not putting her last name for security purposes. (She hated it until she got into Anime & twilight/newmoon ect. Now shes ok with her name being different.)
off to bed ~Hoping to feel better 2morrow. I am sure I will~I gotta get over what is bringing me down I am to strong for this crap! UHHHHHH! I ask God nightly to heal me I know he will answer my prayer if its in his will cause he is stronger than me & able but it has to be his will too. HUGS TO ALL~*

Completed 5 days in a row of WATP, have no plans to even break for a day either. I will have to get back on the treadmill soon though. I love just feeling my endurance rise.

Down to 256 today. Hoping to lose 2 more pounds by the end of the challenge. I never set a weight goal, but it would be awesome to be under 255. :)

Good Friday Morning!!!

We are going to be so happy at the end of this challenge because we are doing so good. I think we should all be so proud of ourselves this go around.

Farn - psycho and determined are good mixes when it comes to working out. How much water do you drink a day? I'm doing good with my two liters but I think I may increase it.
Northern - We lived at Eielson AFB in AK, my father was military. We had one of those old truck campers. It was cool because I wasn't really sleeping outside.
Mkyice - hope you got your car going. How's everything going today over there?
Susie - I'm getting anxious. I love the way I look in the jeans. Thanks again. Glad to see you are doing well with your 30DS. I feel like I'm being held captive doing it for 30 days. I want to change so bad but I gotta stay committed.

Shylah - I'm so proud of you getting those workouts done. I still think you will be ready for the TSPs next month...Think about it:D:D

Jiggle It's tempting to me!! I'm hoping if I can end May strong I will be firmly in size 18's again. Then it's the size 16 rundown. My 20's are all loose, but not falling off yet, but I doubt that'd happen soon. My waist is smaller than my hip area, so my booty keeps them up :p

I had to buy my first belt ever. Weird! hehe

I'm down a pound since I started the challenge- woohoo! 2 more to go!

KDM- Right now, the weight loss is coming from doing Debbie Sieber's Slim in 6. My calorie count is at about 1200. It seems to be just perfect for me- I'm never hungry and get all my nutrients with. That's pretty much the only diet guideline with Slim in 6- calories in, calories out. I also follow the tons of water/hours between eating (2-3) and NO eating for 3 hours before bed time. But that's all diet wise- pretty much a piece of cake!

For the exercise part...man, I'm in the "final phase" which is the "Burn it up!" routine and it's KILLER. I only did the cardio today because my muscles were too sore from that and the outdoor work I did yesterday. But, I'm proud that I've done it every day (it's 6 days a week) and am getting better and better at it. Today starts week three on it. It's pretty intense, but worth it for me.

Glad to hear that everyone is making great progress! By the way...what's 30DS?

Off to exercise before the kids get in ~It's friday so I gotta prepare myself mentally too LOL~GOOD JOB TO EVERYONE Doing great ~More hugs to those that need an extra one & are not doing great or just may be having a crummy day!~May everyones today Be bright & tommorrow be Brighter.
~Gonna do alot of laundry again starting 2morrow (Then hang it to dry out on the line) So hope to see some more weight loss results from it & savings ~My electric bill dropped about 45 dollars from changes made so far....So that was awesome!
Must admit though I made a trip to my favorite store today~to make myself feel better & bought Myself a lovely sterling silver necklace with a huge Quarts(Its white) Stone ON It for just 3.99 It was originally marked 49.99 from target! SO I WAS IN SHOCK & SO DANG HAPPY CAUSE I AM A JEWELRY FREAK! & I saw a top from a designer that I love to watch (i think on QVC~Home shopping Named Isaac Mizrahi ~But I never buy his stuff I just get ideas~and one of his tops was in there today new with the tags for 2.99!I thought it was a bit too small it was a small but looked like to small for my boob area DANG IT & they do not have a place to try on stuff & there policy is store exchange only or I would have bought it & tried it was sooooooo cute!! OMG ~there like 40.00 to 60.00 tops or more! So I hope they get more of his stuff in there~ Usually once u see a brand come in they get a bunch the next week!~I mean everything is new in there girls with the tags still(& guys if any is in this challenge) & They have levis for like 7.99 a pair! Tops 2.99 to 3.99 Dresses are 4.99 Tights /legggings 25 cents! Jewelry 49 cents to 5.99 or more depends on what it is.~shoes for 2.99 to 5.99 ~I am talking in style gladiator shoes /thong sandals/ Wedge shoes ect All New For those prices & converse tennis shoes that the kids are wearing ~And some adults for like 2.99! Purses are all 4.99! ~Skirts as low as 1.99! They also have like curtains & rugs/~All the way to guys tools & outdoors items~ECT.
Its like a dream store to me! I love that store. Anyways made me feel great to go ~Wish it was open more than just friday /saturday & Sunday~Closed all the other days! anyways off to exercise ~I need to quit blabbing!LOL

Shylah - When Susie was told me she wanted to send them to me I was still working hard to get into that size 18...I have the hip/booty issue. When I first saw them I was skeptical. But I can wear them now. It was great motivation!! You know you want them!! :yes::yes: You can do this :D.
Lori - Glad to hear you are feeling better. :hug: You know I miss you when you are absent. But I do understand.
Corinne - Looking forward to hearing how you do after the first 6 weeks.

I feel pretty good about myself. We had a company party. There was lots of food that would have had me way off plan but I stuck to my guns. I had some chicken, about a forth cup of cole slaw and a mini muffin of course I drank water.

Ok tell me how creepy is this...yesterday I asked my supervisor if I could wear jeans today since we were having the party and he said he wouldn't prefer if I wore them. So I didn't. Got to work and almost everyone had on jeans. I told him that and I showed him my picture from Sunday and said this is what I wanted to wear. He was blushing :?::?::?:, I thought to myself, how creepy. I have to rethink my slim risky wardrobe I been meditating on. I think it would be kind of inappropriate to look too cute and he can't concentrate. What do you all think?

Jiggle---L3 is NOT BAD AT ALL!! well not in relation to L2! haha I did D1 today and was soo happy I wasn't about to die by half way through!! You should def. give it a try!! It's still hard, but I think L2 was much harder!!
That is creepy about your boss...is he married?? maybe he doesnt wanna be distracted! haha what kind of job are you in?? I say look cute, feel good..it can only boost your office attitude! :)

Ashley--I wanted to measure before L1 was over also! haha I could tell in the way my pants felt! just don't get discouraged when the numbers aren't HUGE...I did and just today I realized when I was talking to DH that even tho the measurements aren't showing A HUGE difference, my pants are becoming looser! so it's all good!! The Plank twist is the very last ab move and it's where you get in plank position and then bring each knee up and move it over to the opposite side(ie. left knee up and over to right side)...it just kills my arms! lol

susie--A cruise sounds awesome!! never been on one..HAVE FUN! When are you goin? Good job w/30ds! I also found myself getting a little better at the pushups!! Also, don't get discouraged by L2...or from reading my posts about it being horrible! haha it's do-able, just REALLY hard! But I started L3 today and it's good!! :)

Corinne--30DS is Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred...you should check it out after you finish Slim in 6...I've seen the infomercials on that...looks killer!! let me know what kind of results you get after finishing!!

Lori--Sounds like my dream store also!!! haha what's the name??? Hope you're feeling better today!!

As for me, like I said above, I completed L3D1 of 30DS and it was sooo much better than L2!! I can't wait to do 9more days and take measurements!!! I've been 90% OP all week...My goal was to be close to 1227 cal/day to match my LoseIt! app, but it's been more like 1320-1400...still good, but not awesome...My weight is down to 172..but a couple wks ago I was at 170.6! This sucks!! oh well...I may be gaining muscles...my arms are starting to get really defined! it's kinda cool!!

Im still OP but the scale is up 3lbs????? Do you think its water weight from the drinks on Tuesday??? Im still eating 1500 cals a day and Im a little hesitant to lower it but maybe I should?

Good WI today, 227 which is -2 lbs since Monday! Finally busted past 229, where I've been all month. 3 lbs to go for the challenge...I will give it my best shot!

Jiggle ~ Car is running!
It was in the 80's yesterday. I sweated like mad carrying the groceries in. We are in a townhouse unit (military housing) that is on a hillside, so our parking is lower than our unit, so we have stairs from the parking to where the buildings are. It is about the equivalent of 2 flights of steps. Usually the kids carry the groceries in, but they were at school when I got home yesterday, so I hauled all of them up the stairs. Plus I bought some more plants which meant I had to buy more potting soil, so I also hauled all that up. It was a good workout; my legs were tired. They are not sore this morning, but my shoulders are.
It is another nice day today, so the kids and I are going to check out the Friendship festival that is going on today and then head out in town to check out the 100yen store (Japan's version of the dollar store).
I feel like I am rambling, since I don't usually write this much. If I am, sorry!

Oh, someone asked how long I jumped rope for...not long. I could only go for about 5 min. then I had to move on to other exercises. I am going to keep doing it on days that it is nice out (like today).

Gotta go bug the kids so they will be ready to leave when I am ready!

Well, I gained big time. I had 5300 cal. yesterday, that's crazy! I tend to have one day a week that I just lose control. I guess as long as I make sure that I lose the weight I gain before I overeat again I'll be ok. Trying to get back down to 105 again!

Hi everyone ... I joined for a few weeks last Fall during the Halloween Challenge. Didn't stick with it ... so here I go again! I know ... only 10 days left in this one but maybe I can lose 3 lbs. in that time, and then hop on the next one. Wasn't feeling great a lot of the winter, ate for comfort ... but now it's Spring! New beginning ... look forward to getting to know you all, and best of luck to you! :-)

Hi everyone!

Sorry it's been so long, so much has happened! Ok so quick recap....
Did well on my finals...got all A's and B's...had my graduation...super busy that time. My dad flew in for my graduation and it was so nice to see him. While my dad was in town the bf ask for his premission to marry me! I was so happy, my dad said he has always had his blessing and the bf was so happy. Ofcourse I found out through my parents and bf...they can't keep a secret. I have no idea when he will propose, we will see. So after that, my laptop took a crap right after graduation day! common! I've been without a decent computer for a while, I finially got my new laptop in so I have to play around with that. I"ve been using XP for so long I have no idea how to use windows 7 lol and I"m an electrical engineer?...hehe...So tomorrow is my graduation party the bf is throwing me...meaning for the past two weeks we have put our house under construction so everything is finished by the party, which is why i've been so busy and not on here. We've been up til 2 and 3am these past weeks. I"m done! Tomorrow his whole family, and i mean whole family will be here at the house and my family. It will be fun. As for weight loss I"m happy to report I've finally made my ultimate goal this morning.....115.6 lbs! So we will see if it keeps. I think it may be due to stress, i've been eating enough calories but been super busy running around and maybe I've been buring calories. We will see! I hope everyone is doing great and I can't wait to get back on here and read about all your progress! OK off to finish up before tomorrow. :)

Hi, how is everybody? I’m still one pound away from my goal, and I can fit in most of my size 12 pants and 2 of my size 10 pants. I’m still unable to use 2 of the size 12 jeans because they are still tight. Although this week I did not loss like in former weeks, for the first time I was able to notice that I have lost a considerable amount of weight, and that is encouraging :)

Lori: I have two names (and two last names) and all my life I used my middle name in the way that the first name is used in US. In my country sometimes the first name is not used and we write only the initial for it and the middle name goes complete. My sister, my cousins and I have the same first name. It will be confusing if my sister and I live together here because our first name and last names are the same.

Welcome to our Newbies! We've had several in the last couple of days!

Jiggle: That is ookey the way your boss is acting! You're too hot to handle!

I wasn't on yesterday because my baby is sick. He was burning up when he woke up, so I had to take him to the doctor. We live in a tiny town, so we have to go to the city about an hour away. He has bronchitis and some weird virus that gives terrible diapers - 'nuff said on that one. So while we were in the city I had to go to a couple stores and grocery shopped while we waited for his prescription to be filled.

Well, let me tell you about my weigh in. I was up 1.1 pounds. I was a bit bummed to lose the meeting of my goal. I hope I can get the 1.1 off before the end of the challenge because it's TOM coming up next week. I was TOTALLY OP. The only thing I wonder, is with 30DS if I was over exercising?

Bummer on 30DS, I missed yesterday! I was doing so good, did 7 days in a row and every other day I add in 40 minutes on the TM. So I did 3 days of TM this past week in addition to 30DS. There is no logical reason I should have gained! My clothes are fitting looser and looser. My size 12 shorts fit well. My size 14 capris are loose, but not too saggy yet. Right after I wash them they fit right but then after I wear them a bit they start loosening up.

Shylah, you know I'm always chatty in posts. I like when people are chatty, I hope I don't bug people with my long posts.

So I've been on program for two days ... and it feels good. It will be so nice to eventually get into some of my clothes from last summer once I get going (you know the tees that don't look right when you put on ANOTHER ten! :( )

Good Morning Ladies!!!

The scale is still up today, hopefully it will be back down by my WI on Monday. Im going to try to cut my calories back a little today and see if that helps. I also plan on having a water bottle with me constantly today.

Im going to get my hair done today. If everything goes according to plan this time next weekend I should be headed to get my DH from the airport. Im SO excited. Before this deployment we had NEVER been apart, not at all. We've been inseparable from literally the first day we met. lol I start smiling as soon as I think about going to pick him up. I cant wait. Hopefully next week flies by :)

Susie I hope your baby starts feeling better soon. Maybe the little gain is muscle weight from all the working out your doing? Or it could just be pre-TOM weight. The scale always goes up for me the week before TOM arrives.

Aluxa Thats interesting about your name. Very cool. Im glad your starting to notice a difference. Its SO motivating isnt it?

Jdonato All his family is going to be at the party? Your family is going to be there? Sounds like a good time to propose? lol. I bet your so anxious. DH spilled the beans that he asked my parents for their permission, like the day after he asked them. lol I thought everyday after that was going to be THE day. DH proposed at home in bed, right before we left for a trip to the beach, we were kissing and I could feel him fumbling around and when I pulled back he was hold the opened ring box :) Keep us posted!!!!!

I've been really bad calorie-wise today! But it's all good...will be back ON Plan tomorrow! I've read many posts where ppl think they reach a certain goal and then binge & screw it all up...kinda self sabatage themselves...well I think I'm one of those ppl...every time I've hit a new "decade", I go on a 2-3wk bender where I don't lose anything (actually go up 2-4lbs) and feel like I wanna pig out ALL THE TIME! The only thing holding me together is seeing the tag in my pants and that number 12...it puts a smile on my face every time! lol but I haven't be able to stay OP an entire day for the past 3wks..pretty much this entire challenge I've been more OFF plan than ON plan...since I'm usually the person who tries to look on the bright side of things...I should say atleast I've kept up with 30DS!! I was a little sore today so I didn't do it, but I plan to do the TM before leaving work to get some sort of exercise for the day...sorry for being a downer today!

I was thinking I may need to lose more. These are size 6 capris & small top In the after pic took today*but 4's are starting to fit me too really decent all of them)(5/22/10) Does 5 more pounds look like enough ~i was thinking to maybe go down to 135 Naked Cause I weigh naked now & weigh 159 to 160 fully clothed. But 155 to 156 naked. I was gonna go to 150 naked.....Please be honest Cause I wanna look my best. To go down to 135 would be about 20 more pounds and make me weigh about 140 or so clothed.

(p..s pay no mind to the droopy boobs~Which comes with age Obviously LOL ~it was a hot no bra day for me!Upper 70's nearky 80 today so i just wore a tank under the shirt~I know to much info proboly LOL!)))

Lori~First, let me say you look terrific! About whether you should loose more and if so how much; it's hard to say. My mom is about your height and I know when she was younger she weighed less than 135 (she has a small frame and wasn't athletic, so not a lot of muscle mass), but every body is different. I say take it 5-10lbs. at a time. You can keep re-evaluating and decide if you feel like you have/need more to loose. If so you keep working on loosing; if you are where you need/want to be move to maintenance. That's my plan for when I reach/get close to my original goal. If you can, you ought to find out what your body fat % is too because that needs to be in a healthy range like weight and bmi. I hope that helps.

Lori - In my humble never been where you are before opinion, I would probably tone and maintain. You look small but if you want to loose more then do it and see what it looks like to you. From where I am right now I say I want to be a size 10 but may get there and decide a 8 or 6 may look better to me.
KDM - That habit sounds just like me. I get to a goal and want to chillax and I eat a heavier than normal dinner. I caught up with myself this time. I don't want to just fit the TSPs I want them too big so I can send them off to someone else. On a brighter note I woke up with level 3 on my brain so I did it. I figured since I was still shredding it would fit my 30 days. Well, no thanks to me being a punk, I could have been much further along had I been doing level 3 for 30 days. Oh well I'll chalk it up to a learning experience and keep going. But I will finish out the challenge on level 3. You were so right, it's not as bad but I think for my troubled areas it will be very effective.
Shylah - I like chatty too because it feels like you are talking to someone and it keeps me on my game everyday.
Sugar - It could be all the excitement from the anticipation of seeing your husband soon. If you go MIA a few days after he returns we understand and know you are just enjoying him so have fun!!!
Susie - I thought it was a bit creepy. I told my husband and he said no dress the way you want to as long as it's professional but don't let me have to come up there. My best friend got upset and told me I've been working too hard to pull back so he will just have to maintain his professional behavior or she was going to have to show up...LOL!! I hope your little man is feeling better. It's harder on us than it is on them. My baby wasn't feeling her best yesterday. Hopefully today she feels better...she still sleeping!! I hope I don't annoy people because I'm long winded too.

Okay, I been doing pretty good but not all the way good. I was probably at 1800 calories for the past week instead of my normal 1400. Probably because I was so excited about getting in those jeans. Well it's back on my game today. As stated earlier I will be doing level 3 of 30DS for the rest of the challenge. I will also be on the treadmill for 30 minutes three days this week so I can finish strong. I've been doing well with my water, getting more than 2 liters, usually 2.5-3. I've done my workout for the day and ready for another beautiful day with the fam. Have a great day ladies!!

I too was bad with calories...last night I had pasta and meatballs. I had planned out my portions to fit with my cal count, but I ended up have 2 extra meatballs and 2 slices of garlic bread. But, I tried to throw in some extra exercising in there as well. Ah well, back on the horse!

Lori You look great! 135 seems like a good goal, if you are stuggling as you get closer just listen to your body, it may be happier at 140. You want to make make sure you set a goal that you can maintain.

I think it s Jiggle who asked about the workout, for my two hours (1x a week) I do an hour of circuit training with a trainer and 1 hour high intensity step class. Total burns about 1,000 calories.

I'm so disappointed today. I've been on a great track for a long time. I had a big dental appt this week and my food was limited to soft and squishy. I completely fell off the wagon. I am determined to get back on today and refocus. These boards have been a huge help this morning as I try to figure out wtf happened!!!! Hopefully I can correct whatever weight their is before Thursday!

Thanks u guys & Here is another pic of me in shorts & a tankish type top took the pic like 5 minutes ago ~it is 80's here in OHIO TODAY Been putting my hair in barrettes cause it is so hot!!!! ~( anyways I am wearing A pair of my size 4's~LOVE THEM BABIES!) Lori: I think you look great! But it's your body and you have to go by what you feel :) My goal weight right now is 137...but honestly I think I'd be very happy in the 150's. Once I get there, I will see how I look & feel. Haven't weighed 137 since high school, so not sure if that is even a realistic weight for me now that I'm in my mid-30's.

Jiggle: I'm apple shaped, so I tend to wear a larger size than other ppl my weight and height :(. (Big around the middle, but relatively proportional everywhere else.) I'm in really loose 24's/2X tops right now. Need to go a size down, but am trying to finish the school year with what I have and buy smaller shorts/capris for summer and hopefully be ANOTHER pants size smaller by fall.

Had a great weekend camping/4 wheeling. Stayed OP Friday (even with a few drinks.) Went a little over yesterday, but was active, so no worries.

Who else is watching the big Lost finale toinght? Can't wait! Have a great evening!

Hello everyone. Just wanted tocheck in and let you know I made to my 204 mini-goal as of this morning, a week early for the Memorial Day challenge. I'm really thrilled because I've been working so hard and last week I had a 2 lb increase blip on my weigh in day. Glad it went back off in a hurry. Whew!

When I started, on Feb.20 of this year, my goal was for Onederland by July 4. It looks like I should make it with time to spare. Keep on exercising, keep on counting calories, which makes me whine but is still the best way I can figure out to do it.

I posted a very similar post under the "what size are you" thread, so sorry for the repeat, but I am SO excited!

I was getting kinda depressed about what size I was still wearing, but I guess I didn't realize how huge my clothes are on me (mostly 24's.). I have one pair of capris that are an 18, so I thought, what the heck...I'll see how close I am to fitting into them. I picked them up an laughed...no freaking way. They just looked so small compared to my other clothes.

But I pulled them on and they FIT!! Definitely a muffin top and I wouldn't wear th out in public yet, but wow, a size 18!!

Jiggle, I just may be ready for those TSP's much sooner than I thought! ;)

Funny how it takes our minds so long to catch up with our bodies!

Never gonna make my goal in time. This weight does not want to come off, what happened? I used to lose it real quick. I had 1070 cal today, we'll see how it goes when I step on the scale in the morning.

Lori--I think you look FANTASTIC!! A size 4!?!? WOWSERS! that's awesome! As others have said, if you feel you need to go below 150, then try it out...keep doin what you'r doin and see where it takes ya! We'll be here for whatever you decide!!! :) But I think you look GREAT where you are!!

Jiggle--TOLD YA!! haha L3 is not half as bad as L2!!! I did L3D2 today after I finished the yard trimming DH didn't have time to do yesterday...my arms are gonna be jello tomorrow! The only thing about L3 I don't like are the Rockstars (jumping straight up with feet slightly wider than shoulders and bringing the heal toward the butt)...I shake my whole house! haha So I usually just do another cardio move from another level (jacks, jump rope, or even butt kicks) I can't wait to measure when I'm done!!!!!!!!

Northern--YAY! for those 18's!! That muffin top will be gone before you know it!!

JDONATO---SO HOW WAS THE PARTY!?!?! was there a proposal??? CONGRATS on reaching your goal AND graduating AND finishing the work on the house!!! Sorry to hear about your computer tho :(

As for me, I'm on plan today so far! Got dinner mapped out and already in the LoseIt! app...with 17cals to go after grapes for a snack...now if I can only stay away from the cravings tonight when I get home, I'll be OK.

Ok, so it's Monday morning here in Japan (and for shan in S.Korea too), which means it is weigh in day. TOM arrived las night and between that and the heat my hands ans feet (and some parts in between I'm sure) are swollen from retaining water. I was expecting bad news when I stepped on the scale, but I weighed 214. That's -2.4lbs since last week! :carrot:This is the lowest weight I've been in 15-16yrs.:dance: I am soooo excited.

I hope everyone's week is off to a good start.:)

Northern - When I read the first post and you said a very loose 24, I was thinking it is not possible that she would be in a 24 no matter what her body shape is...a 20 or 18 she just hadn't tried on anything smaller. I was talking to myself out loud and my husband asked me what I was talking about. I told him and he said okay. That's his answer to everything. But YAY on trying on that smaller size. Let me know about those TSPs. You or Shylah. They are great motivators and they make my butt look cute!!!
KDM - That is so funny. I liked the Rockstars because I can tell they are working on my hips and butt which will help me get to that 14 sooner. I think my favorite move of all was the mountain climber. I felt good after the workout was over. I was hyper and had to go walking around downtown Atlanta and made the family come along. So I have burned off a ton of calories today and have eaten about 1100 calories.
Angels - Congrats on making goal early!!!

I've had a great day. After my workout I cooked breakfast and fed the family. Got everyone dressed, even my husband and we went into the city and walked around in the 90 degree weather for two hours. My baby is still has a runny stool so I have to take her to see the doc tomorrow. I hate it but she is running around like all is well. so gotta run it's going to be an early morning. She and I will be home tomorrow because the day care won't let her stay if she has a runny stool. Pray for us.
