Keeping it short tonight,
Feeling lousy ~My asthma & allergies are really trying to do a number on me from the weather of FALL. Which is giving me horrible anxiety attacks.
I have an anxiety disorder Thats very severe~So I have anxiety attacks daily But they are more severe with this weather change~cause I feel the pressures of struggling for air~In My mind its worse than it really is Proboly.
UGHHHH~
sorry to complain and not to type to each person individually but I am exhausted from these anxiety attacks. Despite My interruptions ~I am still On Plan as always~I forced myself to do all my exercises today in between attacks.So My losses should still shine through~So far I have lost 2 lbs Of the 10 I would like to lose for this challenge.
I was 179.0 this morning.

Anxiety disorder is a real misery, and I am so sorry you're having to deal with a bad time right now. I sometimes have a severe Migraine problem, and for some reason, some of my worst are in the Fall and Spring. I hope you will have a MUCH better day tomorrow, Lori. :hug:

Okay, I am in.

I did really well in the first half of this year, but I have slacked big time alllllll summer. I didnt gain though, so that is good, I guess. We just moved to a new city, and are starting to feel settled into new schedules and work environments, so I feel like I am ready to give this a go again.

Lets see....40 days until Halloween.... Im going to say 5 pounds by then. BUT I really am more concerned with just being on track, and staying there.

Hi!

I'm joining a little late, but I just love these challenges!

My goals are:
To lose 5 lbs. (my weight loss has slowed :( )
To exercise at least 45 minutes per day
To drink enough water!

Sound like good goals?

Hi everyone. Just checking in again. So proud of myself today. I kept on target with BL plan today. I also did 2 miles with the Walk The Pounds Away video. I wanted to stop at 1 mile, but I pushed myself to go the full 2 miles. I am happy I did. It's about one hour away from being Thursday here in South Korea so I only have 3 more days til my weigh in for this week. Funny enough I am working an 11 day work week this time around so I will be running around with kinder kids on Thursday and Friday, and running around with elementary kids on Saturday and Sunday. Hope everyone is doing well with their goals and targets for this week.

temporary layoff this week...hopefully only a short time...doing ok on diet but not great...going fishing friday...been doing stuff around the house every day....hope everyone is doing well....LORI- SKINNY!!!!

babenwaiting :hug: THANKS SO MUCH! I am feeling a bit better today.
It is sooooooo Muggy Here In ohio Right now~which is giving me a time.:(

One of My sons (11 years old) Has migraines also. His is Worse in the Fall & spring also. I hate seeing him in pain~I HAte headaches so I could not even begin to imagine what pain y'all have to go through with a migraine headache.

I gotta encourage you to workout at home now ~Since your 12 hour work days are at a end for the moment~YOU CAN DO IT.
Just start out with some walking maybe~Or some simple Jumping jacks Or pushups Maybe~
Oh And Me Skinny????:lol:~ I AM TRYING BUT I got a ways to go.:bike:
(thank god I added in that exercise bike~I hate it but it's helping BIG TIME)

Just wanted to say I'm on track and doing well. I've kept on track with my calories and even exercising. I really like this online community forum idea...I'm glad I joined 3FC!!! THANKS EVERYONE FOR KEEPING ME MOTIVATED!!! BTW, I've lost 1lb! lol nothing big, but it's in the right direction!!!

Morning

Today is day #19 of 90(my mini challenge)

Still going strong. I chewed gum last night to avoid eating. I wasn't really hungry anyways...just bored. Besides,i ran out of cals at 5:30:p

Ive got to get on the ball and get in a good workout today...i plan on doing a run interval and upper body weight work.

I started this at 294 made it to 292 in one day goal being 274 and I have been at 292 since then. =/

My weight I keep hoping to see it go down but alas it just stays. I have stayed on plan and been to the gym 6 days a week every week. I guess it will go down when it feels like it. (lets hope that is soon lol)

David Here is a website I use to get ideas for how many calories I can burn doing odds and ends at home~Like washing dishes, walking,Dancing,& so Many more things!!! Everyone can check it out.
Its a great help to get ideas when you need ways to burn some calories.:D

Now you can help out your wife With chores until you get back to work.:dizzy: ~actually it has many things guys do also.

Hi everyone,

So Thursday was good for me. I took in 1957 calories and did the WATP video again (WOOHOO!) for another two miles. It's Friday now here in South Korea. My projected calories for today are roughly 1300 calories and I am committed to doing another WATP video tonight!! Then on Saturday my plan is to do a last chance workout for the week by going on a hike with one of my co-teachers. Then Sunday is weigh in day. I'll let you know how it goes. I just want to say Lori, you are looking great! I was just looking at your avatar, and you look amazing! Go you!

As for me, I went to my dietitian yesterday. Her scale said 119.8 lbs. WITH CLOTHES ON! I am puzzled as to why I keep seeing this darned same number come up on the scale. I maintained my weight since the last time I saw her, two weeks ago. I weigh myself on my scale again for an Official weigh-in on Saturday. I mean, I'm going for 117 for this challenge (started at 122, but I kinda rounded up. It was actually 121.8 lbs), but maybe this 119.8 is my number?!?!? I know it will fluctuate, but it just keeps coming up, like a little scale obsession :devil:
