I am in:) This is my first challenge so I am super excited.

My goals-
To lose 10 lbs or more.
To discover more veggies I like.
To follow my exercise plan and get all my appointments done with my personal trainer so I can have a complete workout plan in place.

Losing, I know what you mean about knowing your restaurants. I like to go to Chili's because I can get their skinny menu items OR the Chicken Margarita (I think that's the name), and stay within my calories. Keep up the good work, lady.

Im still on track, still counting those calories, i took a rest day today with my workouts. Today was a 1400 calorie day. (one down, one more to go for the week;))

It sounds like everyone is doing great. I don't get on here enough, but will work on that bc every time I read how others are doing good, it makes me excited! It actually helps me get motivated to WANT to do good! I just signed up for this challenge last Wednesday, but did not get ON TRACK until today, so I haven't lost anything. But we still have 6 weeks so I'm still aiming for 191!!!

gained 3 lbs between fri night and sat morning...i did ok on the weekend so im sure its mostly water

I've been gone for awhile from the community but, I'm in! (A little late, but better late then never right?)

My goals:
- To follow my food plan, including getting my water in.
- Execise five to six days a week.
- Lose 10lbs by halloween.

Hey everyone. Just checking in for the start of the week. So far I have stuck to my BL plan for food, but I have been lacking in exercise the last day or so. Only been walking to and from work and I know that doesn't really count for me. Hoping to do a fitness video or two later tonight once I get off work. Hope everyone is off to a good week!

David-im up about 2 & a 1/2 lbs myself...stinkin water. I was good over the weekend too... I plan on drinking ALOT of water today...

KDM322- Your very welcome...congrats for starting. I think starting is the hardest part.

Woohoo! I did my fitness video! Made it through one 11 minute dance cardio warm up and then another 30 minutes of calorie burn cardio video. Woohoo!!!!

Lori- Loved the song...Made my day too by the way :hug: I've never had a SWOOSH that big before it was pretty exciting :D Now to get out of the 2teens and then into ONEDERland ;)
