Lori, your niece is in my thoughts! I am so sorry to hear about her medical problems. She is so young ... (you sometimes hear of strokes in young women on birth control pills but usually not otherwise.) I hope that she is doing better by now, and makes a full recovery! What a lousy thing to happen when she's just had her first baby!

Losing, do you remember being on a thread with me a couple of years ago? I kept thinking ... something seems familiar about Losing! :D So I went back and checked, and I was right! At least, we haven't given up, have we? :p

OK....I am up for the challenge!

Weight loss Goal: By October 31st I will lose 13 lbs in celebration of holloween. Starting 210.5 and end in onederland (197.5)!
Fitness Goal: I will go to my exercise class 3 times per week or if for some reason I miss the 5:45AM class, I will make it up at the gym.

My goals:
Try to cut out cokes completely.
Lose 12lbs to put me at 170lbs.
Do the WATP workouts atleast 5 days a week.

Down to 300.6 so a loss of 2.6 lbs this week. 15.6 more to go to make my challenge.

Okay, I'm jumping in here.... My goals are to burn 2400+ calories per day (I measure with a GoWear Fit), and to start using that beautiful, scary Bowflex my husband has set up in the extra bedroom.

I'm excited by these new challenges!:carrot:

Well....I made it to the first day of my exercise class. ....I almost didn't get there. I have only been to the building in daylight. I first went down the wrong street and had to turn around 3 times. Then I was at the wrong side of the building. It was VERY dark over there. I was about to give up when I decided to try one more place that I thought was an entrance to an appartment building. ...but it wasn't...well it was...but it was also the enterance to the side of the building I wanted. The instructor left a dumbell to prop open the door. So I made it to class on time. I did it...yeah me. Oh..and I burned 410 cal this morning.

babybluess, GREAT JOB getting to your exercise! Getting your butt in there is the hardest part ... :)

My balanced scale is starting in the "other direction" so I'm happy! :p

I'll jump in with a goal for October 31st.

Today 180--October 31st 172.

Below is my September goal which I may not reach, but whether I do or not, I will roll it all up and go for 172 by the end of October.

I always gain on monday's....I should learn to stay off the scale on Mondays.
