So, last week I gained a pound. And this week I lost 5. I can't believe it! :)
I know everyone will continue to lose weight. Set backs are just part of the process. |
Just checking in... I lost 3.5 lbs this week, down to 208.5... 8.5 more lbs. to meet my 20 lb. goal for this challenge!

Today im doing a circuit...not sure which one yet. maybe Jillian Micheals. I went online last night and read through a couple of success stories,which helped motivate me to get back on track agian. I also peeked at the scale this morning,thinking i would be atleast 4lbs of water weight heavier and i was suprised to see the same wieght as last week...which is weird? Not complaining though. The past two days i haven't counted cals and i only got one day of cardio in...so im calling it a rest week and moving forward;) EarthyWitch-im sure you scale will be down come sunday morning. Your doing awesome! Very motivating for me Lori-Good For you! The scale showed a two pound loss this morning. Only 4 1/2 pounds to my Halloween goal. Very doable!
It is really nice to see all the Halloween stuff in the stores. I have my place all decorated with witches, skulls and gargoyles. |
EarthyWitch- those pounds will drop :D I've been there many many times. Today would be a good example I wanted to cheat so bad last night but stayed strong and I'm still Up......Just got to take a deeep breath and keep going :lol:

Will have to do the boring walk around the neighborhood. Hydra- Wow girl....I think you got this challenge and then some :yay: I think I may need to stay off the scale and have a couple high calorie days to reset my body. When I wasn't feeling well (for over a week) I didn't really eat anything. What do you all think? |
Hello everyone! Well it's been an interesting week here in S.K. All is well though. Teaching is going great. I've finished my rotation of teaching elementary and middle school math. Now I will be teaching Geoje Marine for this next month. (Basically a class about the island we live on and then things to do with animals in the sea.) I also start teaching the advanced adult class on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting tomorrow night. A little nervous but I know it will be ok.
Anyways, bottom line, I stopped by to say WOOHOO! I'm down another 4.5lbs this week. Not sure on my measurements yet but I will know later today. My Halloween goal is looking closer and closer every week. :) |

Hey guys, still going. Just finished with an interval run at the park, did a downloadable program. Feeling good this morning...had about 7hrs of sleep last night(thanks to Valierian root,LOL)

Blah...I am still at 190 and it's going on three weeks now. I'm starting to get frustrated again.
However, I did manage to jog for 20 minutes straight on the treadmill this morning! So that is making me feel a bit better about things since running for 20 minutes straight on the treadmill is one of my Halloween goals. |
Hi All ~ Had a weigh-in this morning (my 4th) and I'm down 1.8lbs this week. :) It's not a lot but I'll take it! :D
I've lost a total of 12lbs in 4 weeks. :broc: I've lost 7.2lbs in this challenge so far, and I'm 1/2 way from when I joined in, and I have 6.8lbs left to lose for my goal! :) Thanks for all the wonderful support everyone! |
Good afternoon everyone. It's a beautiful day here in Jersey. I'm down 5.6 lbs this week to 288.2. Just 3.2 lbs to make my goal and there's still almost 4 weeks til Halloween. Yay!

Chele615 190 will soon be a number of the past for ya...I get stuck on numbers all the time and would like to do away with my scale For life~LOL. I am very proud of ya for jogging for 20 minutes straight on the treadmill!!!THATS AWESOME:) EarthyWitch13 :carrot:GREAT JOB:carrot: bobsgal~WAY TO GO!:) So Far I have lost 4.2 lbs so far for this challenge~And I got 5.8 to go~Not sure If I will make it or not But I am giving it 100% EFFORT. I will have to see. Did make it into my 10's awhile back though and there to loose now and 9jr's are loose also!.....8's are too tight and I Am having to use a belt alot. I am going through body changes so nothing is fitting right LOL~"MY LUCK":dizzy: I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A SUPER DAY~OFF TO GET MY ERRANDS DONE.....ERRAND SOMETIMES SUCK~But I try to do them when the kids are in school. Chele-a 20minute run is AWESOME...its take alot of mental strength(IMO) to run straight like that. I have trouble doing my intervals(which are at most 5-7mins long) running is tough, i bet you will drop a big amount at one time. Hang in there:) Looks like everyone is doing great! Im doing pretty good, had an uplanned drink last night but it didn't put me over my cals to much...still, from past experience, ive learned that my body, mixed with drinking equals no weightloss. today is a upperbody weightlifting workout then a nice 30min walk on the treadmill. Have a wonderful day :) |
