starting out strong...had a great day yesterday...i feel like i was getting close to the edge of giving up, but then i starting thinking that this isnt really that hard...hope everyone has a great day

My goal is 10lbs by the end of this challenge.

I quit the ab slide for awhile~Due to sore muscles around my shoulder.I figured I would take a few days off rather than to really hurt myself...I Do not need any doc bills. I walked 45 mintues today Just 1 time but I am doing my other time before GLEE Comes on. I LOVE THAT SHOW! The season actually starts tonight. I watched the one start show a month or 2 ago and laughed so hard I AM GLUED! I hope the other episodes are as good! I usually aint much on musicals but It was hilarious~If anyone gets a chance it's on at 9p.m. tonight~Check it out. Lori - I loved Glee when it was on last spring!!! Sadly, 9pm is too late for me since I get up insanely early for work in the mornings, but I'm hoping to watch it somewhere online tomorrow!!

Cool, I'm glad I get in early enough on this one.
My husband's 20th HS reunion is in the beginning of November, so I would LOVE if I could be in the 160's for that. So that's my goal, at least 12-15 pounds more down by then. Then I will treat myself to my first reward - a new dress :) |
Hi everyone. I'd like in on this challenge as well. I am currently 303 pounds. I would like to be at 285 by Halloween so that's 18 lbs for me, but I'll take more if I can be so lucky.

Hi, I'm a newbie... I would love to join this challenge. I just started my weight loss program and I have high hopes. Halloween is in about 6 weeks or so. I am setting myself up to lose 15 lbs. I hope with support and committment I will reach my goal. Good luck to everyone.

I'm joining too. About 6 weeks until Halloween so my goal is six pounds..which would put me in Onederland,too. I can do it with no cheats and keeping my calories to 1,500 a day max.
