I'm so excited that I saw this. I like to start challenges at the beginning.
By 10/31/09, I'd like to lose 10.5 pounds and excercise for at least 150 minutes per week. |

Chele~GLEE WAS AWESOME LAST NIGHT! You must Watch it somehow. I hope everyone is off to a good start~I am still at 181 But it's ok cause..... I did however have a bunch of clothes I tried on months ago All different sizes for fun and some of them fit~I was sooooooo amazed....A size 7/8 in capris. & a size 9 jr In jeans. They are not to tight either. I have never worn a single digit size ever that I know of....And most of my 10's are fitting amazingly for some odd reason all of a sudden...My body must be shaping differently.:D I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOO H-A-P-P-Y:D Will type again soon. |
I'll join in! This is the first time I have EVER counted calories. Seems like a real challenge - the good kind :) I'd like to see 10lbs go. Oooohhhhh, I love candy corn!!!

another good day...worked 12 hrs yesterday...hope that trend keeps going...gotta focus on weekends now...thats the difference between a 1 lb loss and a 2 lb loss

thickazchick~welcome David~GOOD JOB~Hope the weekend goes well for ya also. 12 hr days are great during the economy struggles~Awesome! I definetly finished pulling my shoulder Or the muscles around it. I feel kinda short of air When I stand a certain way or walk a certain way~It's really giving me a time pulling around my chest also....It does that from time to time....So I gotta take it easy for a few days ~UGH!!! DANG IT!!! I got errands to do tommorrow so hopefully It's a little better after a good nights sleep. HOPE EVERYONES DAY WENT GOOD. |

I would like to join in.....I was to weigh 222 or less by Halloween. :dracula:
That would be a loss of 12 pounds. I also want to exercise every day, even if I only can walk on breaks at work. |

I overshot my calorie goal by 300 yesterday. Will do better today. Eating chicken, cottage cheese and salad today. That is the plan!:D |

My goals are to cut out more sugar from my diet and to exercise at least 5 hours a week. I also want to get into the remaining clothes I've had hidden away waiting for me to finally lose enough weight to fit back into. I fit into to most of them now but there are a couple things that are still to tight. I will put my weight goal at losing 12 pounds. That will be 50 lbs lost for me :D Puts me close to ONEderland too but I better not push it ....weight loss comes slower the more I lose :^: okay enough talking about these goals time to get outside and get started ;) Good luck everyone! |

OK, I'm in! Ten pounds by Halloween! =) I'm at 168.6 on the home scale today...so, come on, high 150's. lol

another great day, worked 12 hrs last night...wait a minute, that sounds familiar!!! half the crew wont be there tonight so it will be another 12 hrs tonight...i dont see much of it in my paycheck, but when i get my taxes back ill be happy...i hope my wifes not listening, i may even buy a boat

I'll be on my feet working all weekend for my parents business, so hopefully I'll drop a pound or so. I was back up 0.2 this morning, very frustrating. I've been hovering in the same pound for a week.
