Congrats to everyone for their accomplishments! I've been nursing a double ear infection, while taking care of my 3 year old and infant, so my time to check in here has been limited. But, I'm down 3lbs in the challenge! Which puts me 1lb below my pre-pregnancy weight from my last pregnancy. Hopefully the dizziness will be gone by Monday and I can start exercising again.

I appreciate it .Maybe your body is comfy with the 119~with your height that is on the lower end of the weight for a small frame I believe & you look to be a small frame ~ So Maybe It's saying it wants to remain there. You look super skinny to me in your avatar. Maybe your at maintaining weight. If so I THINK YOU LOOK FABULOUS!:hug: You should be soooooo proud of yourself. Has your dietitian Gave you a weight number you should reach? What does she/or he say? I swear you Look to me like you couldn't have another pound to lose anywhere. My goodness, everyone is so on the ball this time around!!!! I love it!!! I actually was at the gym today and tried jogging on the treadmill. I made it to 15 minutes before having to walk again. I actually was able to jog 15 minutes twice throughout and then a 10 minute interval while walking in between. I was on that treadmill for an hour and sweating like an absolute PIG! haha

I thought I would check in...I have been very busy with work this week and I am on call and housebound all weekend.
I am down 2 pounds this week! :carrot: So I now have 7 pounds left before Halloween. :dracula::frank::witch: I am excited to see that scale creep down little by little and I feel so much healthier lately....more energy, less napping and laying around being tired, my skin is staying clear (I am prone to acne) and I am enjoying finding recipes and coming up with some of my own. You are all doing really well and I get inspiration reading about your successes!:hug: |
well, laid off this week (hope its a short one)....wife had emergency appendectomy today...no wonder i ate that double cheeseburger!!!

David-sorry to hear about the lay off...hopefully it won't last long. How is your wife doing after the surgery? Hydra-AWESOME job!!! WTG on the lose! Chele-nice job on your running, i try to do run intervals atleast 3x a week. I love the 'high' afterwards. Its the best! losing4another-yay on the 1lb!!! Hey to everyone i missed :) My weigh in this morning was a little disappointing. Up 1.2...kinda frustrating:( Ive been eating really healthy and haven't cheated at all. :shrug: Im not going to let it bother me though...maybe i will lose next week. Im thinking about allowing a little more calories tomorrow, im going looney and I need a cheat meal:dizzy: I would normally get 2000 cals on sunday( i cycle my cals to allow this), But im thinking about bumping it up to 2300 or possible 2500. What do you guys think? Today's plan is to do a fullbody weight lifting workout and ive got to finish mowing the lawn later(push mower, burns alot of cals). bbl |
I hate to post today, because everyone has been doing so well this week, and I'm about to break the streak.
I'm up a pound. I didn't do what I needed to do this week, and I went out to eat twice. I will have a great week to make up for it next week, though. I was getting a little too loosey goosey with my tracking and late night snacking, so this is a reminder that I still have to focus and work to reach my goal. |
I was 220 when this challenge started... I am now at 212.. 8 pounds down and 12 more to go!

I thought I would check in today. I've been up and down 2lbs this week. I decided to stay off the scale a bit and just follow plan. I worked out all this week! woo hoo. I'll have to check the scale soon....but we will see. overall I'm feeling good. Hope everyone else is having a good weekend.

Hello everyone. Hope your all having a great weekend. I wanted to stop in and post my weigh in and measurement results for this week. I did stick on plan with my food and calorie intake all week. Got in all my water. Did 6 miles of WATP videos. And............
I'm down 6lbs and 1 1/2 inches this week!! WOOHOO! Maybe my Halloween goal is possible. |

David~hope all is well with the wife. ~I wish I got to eat a double cheeseburger~OR A QUARTER POUNDER SOUNDS DELICIOUS! I can actually fit them into my calories but Me & the hubby has been buying christmas presents already for our 3 kids and we are on a strict budget:( tweetlebeetle~just hang in there~Loss Will come soon~Just never give up. jefferzzzz~WOW! 8 pounds already ?
